@NTTHRASH - I'd advice you to give all GC-contenders REC stats of 76+, you can still do that because we're still in stage 3 so the REC stat isn't very active yet.
This is generally true, riders that are going to be GC riders for any tour normally have about the same stat in MO/TT/REC. There is obviously some variation. But that is the standard.
On a second note, your team isn't very good...Guerini would probably be 4th on my team... and my team isn't that good...
Actually the Ferrari team was worse before, most domestiques originally had 3 points lower on every stat

Finally a Microsoft attack
With fighter stats of 83, 82, 80, 77, 76 and 75 for my best climbers, it was about time.

The attacks are made, the final results are not clear, who will top the stage?

Milton Ervestev(British Airways) is all alone. Can the favorites overtake?

1000 meters under the kite.
The top 2 are Ryan Dupond(LG), and Ervestev(British Airways), and nobody has the challenge!

750 meters left.
Is it going to be Dupond? Or will a peleton member pull it out?

500 meters out.
The favorites are giving their all! Which GC super will win it?

250 meters remain.
Which rider will win? Will it be Dupond(LG), Falur Sigfinnursson(FedEx), or Kowskan(UPS)?

-FINISH-
It's Dupond! The control team needs docked a lot of points, as they are too near the lead...

Yea, so long as the control team makes it before the withdraw time, is all that matters. If they were basically 72s they would be fine. (Not threatening to GC.)

Check results: REC boosts are now active, all energy deductions adjusted accordingly.

I certainly would not say it's over for anyone. The way this race is built I think a rider could gain 30' and still not be safe going into the last week. A 70km TT could be a game changer.

Or everyone's spent after 20+-5k and we won't see reasonable time gaps
But indeed, that might be nothing yet.
Though if the control team doesn't have the best rider anymore, we might not see any more of such stages.

My predictions based on current results and adjustments made(plus my testing experiences thus far):
1st place in the general goes to Vinnie Cipollini(Vodafone). At 11'30" behind, you may think I'm crazy, but he can make it up. Plus, the 71 km TTT and Stage 20 TT will boost him over the others.
