hahaha I guess if Diego can learn with him, he'll understand everybody there.. anyway, as far as he rides well and the victories come... maybe instead of learning english, he starts teaching spanish
Can't wait to see him racing again... good luck to everybody in the next race!

Race Report
Kattekoers
There were many attacks at the start today and the pace was very high as the peloton fought for control. Eventually, nine riders did get away and established themselves at the head of the race. Unfortunately, despite a big effort by Jones to get away, Sky couldn't get anyone in the break and the whole team settled down in the peloton.
The two big local teams, Landbouwkrediet and Accent Jobs had almost all of their riders on the front as they began to pull the escapees back. As the first cobbled climb approached, the leaders were still four minutes ahead. There weren't many issues in the peloton today, as most riders stayed upright. Oget did, however, puncture just after the first climb, but it didn't cost him much.
As you can see, the pavé was located on a tough climb at over 10% gradients. Most of Sky's riders were keeping out of trouble at the front but Bracco wasn't enjoying himself on these tough roads. He was dreaming about going back to Italy and getting some sunshine! Having said that the conditions weren't too bad with it staying dry all day but it certainly wasn't warm! With 15km to go, Gilbert tried to get away from the peloton with an attack but it wasn't to be as the peloton reeled him in.
As the final member of the breakaway, Rusli, was caught, Traksel of Landbouwkrediet went on the attack. There were only four kilometres left at this point so it seemed as if it would be too late to successfully attack. He was eventually followed by Scheirlinckx of Accent Jobs, but the peloton was still right behind them. Hammarling was well placed on Huigsloot's wheel with Oget leading them both into Ieper.
Amazingly, Traksel managed to sprint for over two kilometres and the only person who could beat him in the end was his team mate Commeyne. A 1-2 for the Belgian team. Vandousselaere was third, ahead of Franzoi and Hammarling, who clinched another top five finish with a really strong finish. Again, the leadout man held on for a top ten as Huigsloot finished in tenth. The team's performances really have been good so far.

Indeed Sutty, we accomplished quite much already, and a win is lurking
Great that Wesley(NOT WELSEY ) could finish in the front group...

Ricardo Bracco's Blog
Uh, the Kattenkoers. A debut in Belgium in cold weather conditions. My legs weren't quite bad, so I start dreaming about a great season. Hope to return to Italy fast, though. I'm way too used to the nice temperature! I have lots of respect for riders on our team who are able to do this, it takes a lot of mental and physical strength. Johan and Abel really outdid themselves today! I finished in a big group three minutes behind, organizing a little friendly sprint with Jasper Stuyven, Malcolm Rudolph and Danny Van Poppel. The good news is, I won! So I've had a bit of a victory today. All in all, I've been happy to have been here, even though I'm longing for my kind of races already.

Thanks everyone.
And I hope that victory is coming soon, we all want it. The only problem we have is that our sprinters aren't quite quick enough in the last few hundred metres because, in this race you have Huigsloot and Hammarling who are both 68 SP. So when the sprinter comes past the leadout man there isn't a massive acceleration. If one of our sprinters can get up to 70 SP, I think we'll be celebrating!
And thanks Ian, that was pretty much exactly what happened! Are you watching me? Let's hope for better for Ricardo in Croatia |

Croatia will be more to Ricardo's liking. Let him help the team first in these races, and then he can go his own race |

Race Preview
Istrian Spring Trophy
This race may only last four days but it should cause problems for some legs. The race starts with a very short prologue that will do nothing but provide us with a race leader. The road stages are a different matter with the first two being very tough indeed. Both of them contain copious aounts of climbing which should reduce the peloton and tire legs before a final uphill assault to decide the GC. The final stage should just be a procession after the two before, with the sprint finish looking certain.
Again, the team has no leader at the start but all bases should be covered. If the climbs prove too tough for Fischer, then the likes of Bracco and Zabala could take over. The final stage will be a chance for Jaquin to ignite the burners and test his speed. As for the prologue, it's unlikely that we will get a top result but Johansson and Kim will go for it, albeit with poor shape at this early part of the season. |

We're missing a prologue beast in Croatia
Fischer can do this(He even developed his hill skill already )
That brings me to a question: Do we have good trainers? I hope we have

Yay hill 69
Luckily the prologue is only 3.7 kms, otherwise our GC contenders would lose lots of time |

I hope Ricardo can help Alex Fisher to a great GC spot here. He wouldn't mind spending the entire race protecting him in the hills! |
