Ok, so new season is underway. First of all I got myself new trainer. A puncher-orientated Italian Bruno Reverberi. He's on €8.200 and currently working with Aliu, Cardo, Contofalsky, Malori, McArther, Olszewski and Rozada.
Second of all I'm very happy with Nunuez's progress and pretty sure that one day he become top sprinter. Here's how he developed since 2014.
Third of all - I have uploaded an avatar, so CCC's spirit and this story's heritage will be never forgotten.
Now - here's how I split my team for forthcoming season.
Group 2
Leader: Monslave (HIL 71, MO 74)
Sprinters: Ciolek (FL 76, SP 79, ACC 80)
Lead out: Nunez (FL 72, SP 80, ACC 79)
TT: King (FL 77, TT 80)
Team mates: Ansell, Cardo, Contofalsky, Eichler, Kwiatkowski, McArther, Navardauskas, , Olszewski, Sorensen.
I have to say, this season my team looks pretty bad when it comes to leaders, as due to wages bug, I couldn't affort them and few of my climbers left last season, but will definitelly be improved next year.
Here are my new sponsor's goals.
Already been rejected on Tour Down Under and can't really see my team in Tour de France or Milan - Sanremo, so I guess it will be pretty tough to fulfil them. So far just did one race - a 1.1 Grand Prix la Marseillaise, where Daniel Aliu came 5th.

Just finishded my first tour this season - Etoile de Besseges (2.1). Despite really bad fitness Demare managed to finish top 5 once, but due to correspondence with Tour of Qatar I decided to withdraw him, alongside with many other riders on stage 3, leaving only Aliu and Rozada for remaining hilly and TT stage. Aliu came 40th in GC and Jaime Rozada won first mountain jersey this season.
Looking good - youngster Jaime Rozada defending blue jersey on Etoile de Besseges.

I'm nothing like an expert, but Nunez is really looking good, with 80+3 stars
my gues is that he will be limited by 84 or 85
but in other hand he lack some more potential flat or hill so it will not be easy for him... anyway Nunez will be great

70 on Hill (with another star to go) is fairly good for a sprinter. I think Recovery will be his biggest problem that might prevent him performing really well in Grand Tours.
I'm really enjoying this story, even though I'm not commenting much. Keep it up!
While Aliu and Rozada were fighting on last stages in France, rest of the team were already 6.000 km away in Qatar. It all started with 10 km team time trial. Mercedes-Benz did pretty well, finishing 2nd with 8 sec loss to RadioShack - Nissan.
Day one in Qatar - Mercedes-Benz - Polkowice during team time trial.
With very flat landscape of Qatar it was Demare and his lead out - Krivenco who could bring Polkowice glory. They did pretty well, finishing top 5 on most stages (on 6th stage Demare even came 2nd losing only to Marcel Kittel).
Mercedes-Benz getting ready for sprint finish.
He ended up 6th in GC, 4th in points ranking and become best young rider of the tour.
Tour of Qatar (2.1)
Overall: 6th Demare
Points: 4th Demare
Mountain: N/A
Young: 1st Demare
Team: 2nd
However, it looks like none of those results impressed my new sponsor.

Sutty I guess you can copy and paste your last comment under this one.
This year's Tour de Langkawi was extra generous for me. Having my team based on flat stages with 8 of them, 1 ITT and 1 mountain stage it was just perfect for my Demare & Krivenco team, especially that there wasn't too many decent sprinters on the startlist. Day 1 was 20 km ITT and I think it's safe to say it was dominated by Mercedes-Benz - Polkowice, as Adriano Malori won it with 10 sec lead to another Mercedes-Benz rider - Alex Rasmussen. Luca Barla and Daniel Aliu also finished top 10.
Italian Adriano Malori on his way for the first win.
Then it was just Arnaud Demare - winning all 8 flat stages! I have to say that Oleg Krivenco did pretty good too, not only as a lead out, but as a sprinter too becoming top 5 most of the time, what gave him 3rd place in PC. Those wins advanced me to 1st place in Continental ranking with 171 points lead.
One of Arnaud Demare sprints in Langkawi.
Decided to go for video this time. I don't know if should do them or just stick to pictures, so all opinions are very welcome.
There was only one mountain stage and despite not being in amoung 15 favourites Daniel Aliu managed to came 8th, but finished 14th in general.
Few days earlier I took part in Vuelta a Andalucia, but again had to withdraw most of my riders for Tour de Langkawi, leaving only Castroviejo and Bodnar. Despite aiming only for a mountain jersey with Castroviejo he also managed to end up 4th in general classification and 3rd in TT.
Jonathan Castroviejo doing 3rd time of the day during opening individual time trial.
Amazing performance by Demare and I am sure that the whole team helped him to win.
