No change yet, still missing those 2. May be a big change tonight also! (Earlier made a mistake saying I hadn't received Pinktay3's list, but he had indeed sent it). So we are down to needing only 2.

Notes for round 3 draft:
Pinktay3 got bumped the most, getting his 4th choice with pick #10.
fjhoeki got his first pick (Ballan) bumped right at the end when I got the message from franki28.
Haussler was the most demanded rider, being on or near the top of almost all lists.

Okay, before we get carried away into Round 4. Miguel98 has not posted a list now for the 2nd day, so his team is open. Any of the Conti Teams that want to move into his spot taking over the team (you can rename it, change nationality) may do so. If none of our current Conti Teams want the spot it becomes open to the public. I will take the Conti teams in the order they joined (also the order of the draft) for who gets first chance.
If Miguel98 posts that he still wants the team and sends in a draft list before I have given the team away, then he retains the team.

Haussler's Australian isn't he? And also, instead of one draft a day, you could do two, so for this round you could do the continental teams, then the WT teams 18-1, then the other conti teams and instead of stopping reverse the order straight away so each team will end up with 2 riders, halving the time of drafting. What do you think?

Thanks for the catch on Haussler, (I use a template when doing those and Germany happened to be the default, didn't get changed).
As for doing 2 riders, (or more) at a time, I'm going to wait at least 3 more rounds. Give the conti teams a chance to get established. The reason for this is since you don't exactly know who you will get lets say you have Contador and Cavendish on your list, who you take in the next round may easily depend on if your team is going to be sprinting for Cav or climbing for Conta.
Once we get at least 3 rounds in for the Conti Teams to start their building, we will go into a faster pace.

Really like Hesjedal as a fit into the Canadian team though, Lacombe or Bovin later on would fit well and work as lead-outs.
