Nice to see Bibby living up to expectations. I bet the team's real happy with him: he works hard for the team and does what is expected of him, and when he gets the chance to prove himself, he rides top 3 on an incredibly steep hill. If he keeps up this level of performance, he might ride a lot more races as leader next year.

Race Preview
"Another difficult stage but this one is more of an undulating stage. Today is more hilly than mountainous and the finish is flat after a tough climb just a few kilometres from the end." "Mandri likes this kind of stage and depending on how the race goes, he may be allowed to go for it himself. Again, the rest of the team will be helping me as the terrain doesn't really suit any of them." "This isn't really my type of thing although if I can hang on on that final climb, I have a good chance of a good result with my decent sprint speed. Race Report
An early group of just three riders got away and they looked pretty happy to fully commit despite the low number. Schillinger, Frisch and Thiele were the riders taking the descent off the first categorised climb.
Eventually, on the second, and biggest, climb of the day, they were joined by seven others and this group of ten was much stronger and began to pull away. Janiazcyk, Buchacek and Peruffo were some of the riders that jumped across.
On the final climb, with the break being caught, Wyss decided that he wanted to gain some time on Sorensen and attacked. It looked good at first but he soon regretted it as the Dane came flying past him and off into the distance.
And it was another easy victory for Chris Anker although he lost a lot of time on those chasing in the last few flat kilometres. Sixteen seconds back was Wyss, who gained half a minute on the others.
Leading the main group home was Bibby, just, as he held off a charging Pires after good work from Mandri, who held on for fourth, somehow. Fleeman also finished in this group of thirteen riders. A small time bonus for Bibby takes his advantage over Paulinho to more than a minute.

"I have to be happy with that, another third place on a stage that didn't really suit me. Fleeman and Mandri were great and I managed to gain those vital bonus seconds which makes third place overall look just a little bit safer. Paulinho is a very good time triallist aswell, so I want to gain a little bit more time tomorrow just to give myself a bit more of a cushion."

Race Preview
"The final proper road test of this race features the massive Hochtor climb in the first half. The stage is over 200km in length aswell, so it's important to conserve energy. The last two kilometres are on a steep ascent, so again the climbers will have a chance to gain some time." "Same as the last two stages here with me as the leader and Mandri as a free element." Race Report
With just two kilometres gone, today's breakaway formed. The four riders attempting an extremely long one were Benetseder, Forberger, Megens and Ollegaard. The best-placed on GC was Forberger, 15 minutes down, so the peloton were not fussed at all.
At the top of the Hochtor, 2500 metres up, the peloton was still cruising along with Saxo at the front. The gap between them and the break was over twelve minutes now and there was no way they would be caught.
With twenty kilometres to go, Forberger decided to leave the others behind as they were all running on empty. It all looked very comfortable for the NSP man, but you can bet it wasn't. The peloton were finally closing the gap to the break.
And an absolutely exhausted Forberger took a superb win after a 200km breakaway. He pulled out five minutes on the others in the final 20km. This brilliant ride would move him into the top ten at the end of the day.
Over six minutes behind Forberger, Sorensen yet again rode away from everyone at the end, with Paulinho following him. Unfortunately, both Bibby and Mandri were in the next small group with Pires but Wyss was nowhere and lost second to Ian. Superb result for the team and for Bibby.

"Get in, that's more like it. We knew, just like Saxo Bank, that we needed to be well positioned going into that final climb and we benefitted from it. Atlas were nowhere though, perhaps showing their inexperience and Wyss lost lots of time. All that remains now is three flat stages and the time trial, so hopefully, second should be mine. Mandri and Fleeman are fifth and sixth aswell which is just amazing but now we need to keep out of trouble on these flat stages."

Race Report
Today's breakaway consisted of ten riders, none of whom were GC contenders. As usual, it was mainly a mix of Scandinavian and German riders from the Conti teams trying to get their respective teams a huge win. They built up a lead of seven minutes.
NetApp and Bank BGZ were doing the chasing today to try to get Schulze and Smolen a top result, but it looked they had left it too late as at the top of the final climb, the gap was still two minutes. It would be close though.
And the breakaway just managed to hang on, Vegard Bugge taking a big win for Joker. The Norwegian just outsprinted Slik and Rocchetti. The peloton finished 36 seconds behind, led by Smolen and Mandri. The big loser today was Rutkiewicz, who got dropped on the final climb and drops out of the top ten.

Race Report
Today's break was a big one, with thirteen riders in the group. In the peloton, everyone already knew deep down that this break would make it all the way. Rutkiewicz was in there after losing a lot of time yesterday and he was trying to get back into the top ten. Yesterday's winner, Bugge was in there again.
With none of the other teams interested in chasing, we tried to pull back the breakaway on our own. We did a good job, cutting the gap by four minutes but it wasn't enough and the break would fight for the win again.
Today's stage was won by Peruffo, picking up Miche's second stage win here. Retschke was second ahead of Rutkiewicz, who moves up to sixth overall. Smolen won the bunch sprint again ahead of Schulze. All of Endura's riders finished in the peloton.

Race Preview
"The final test of the race is a 30km time trial which will see some pretty big time gaps. It is completely flat so it is for the TT specialists, everyone else will struggle." "Partridge will be hoping for a decent result, whilst it could get messy for Mandri. He and Fleeman should both hang on comfortably for a top ten though. Race Report
The first TT specialist on the course was Lukasz Bodnar of Bank BGZ. The Pole set a time of 41'28 to go comfortably quickest.
Markus Eichler of NetApp was the first man to go under Bodnar's time. The German rider beat the early pacesetter by seven seconds.
He was knocked off the top of the timesheets by his team mate, Andreas Dietziker. The Swiss time triallist went fastest by 36 seconds, leaving spectators in no doubt that there was plenty of time to be found on the course.
Not long after, Saxo Bank's young Italian Manuele Boaro went another ten seconds quicker as the times kept tumbling. Saxo Bank have, unsurprisingly, dominated this race and it looked like it would continue.
But only after NetApp and Jan Barta had had their say. The Czech man flew round and knocked six seconds off Boaro's time. It had been a good day for NetApp, but could Barta hold on to the lead?
Well, no. Paulinho is the best TT'er here and he really showed it today, overtaking Mandri, who was having a nightmare, with twelve kilometres still to go. He then broke the 40 minute barrier, going thirty seconds faster than Barta. Incredible ride but would it get him second overall?
Bibby started his ride slowly and gradually built up the tempo. He gave it everything, getting every last bit of energy out of his legs in the last kilometre. He crossed the line 38 seconds down on Paulinho in fourth. Enough to clinch second place for the Brit.

"That will do, I got my top five and made sure of second place. I'm so happy but I need to finish it off with tomorrow's final stage. Paulinho was phenomenal today and if I'd got it even slightly wrong, I would have ended up third, so I had to do the perfect ride and I did. Three guys in the top ten overall is a pretty decent effort, you have to say, even if Mandri finished pretty close to last today. One to go."

"The final stage is the easiest of the lot. In essence a procession around Vienna before the sprinters have their final battle. Who will get the final win here?" "Hopefully we can get a good result in the sprint today. It hasn't really happened for Cronshaw for various reasons but we know he's good enough if he gets the luck required." Race Report
Despite the stage being a nailed on sprint finish, there were still three guys trying to escape. There was no surprise to see Bugge in there again alongside Fajt and Janiaczyk. They were working magnificently together but it was all a bit hopeless.
Today the chase was headed by Vorarlberg, so clearly Weissinger felt good today. Helping them out were NetApp as the gap started to crumble, with the break being caught in the last ten kilometres. The sprint was coming.
Amazingly, Endura caught everyone out with their sprint train, and McEvoy, Mandri and Cronshaw had clear air between them and the rest. It looked good for Cronshaw, did he have this in the bag?
Oh Yeah! Cronshaw takes his first win for Endura, holding off Schulze and Fumagalli for a well earned victory. The team really deserve that for the shift they've put in this week. Bibby finished safely in the peloton to ensure second place. A great race for Endura.
At the back of the peloton, a spectacular crash prevented it from being a happy ending for many riders as they hit the deck at high speed. Remarkably, nobody was badly hurt, but Nose was the biggest loser, dropping out of the top fifteen.

Both myself and Matt took trips up to the podium in Vienna and we'll definitely having a good party tonight! I'm not going to lie to you though, it was a bit emotional for me on that podium. Even though I didn't win, it felt like I had because that result is absolutely massive for me. With the team going Pro-Conti next year, I need to prove that I have what it takes to help the team grow and I certainly did that. Transfer Update
July 14, 2012 While the riders continue to score brilliant results all around the world, behind the scenes, the transfer market is being exploited. The Endura management have been very busy preparing a squad to compete at the Pro-Continental level next season. While the policy remains to use homegrown talent as much as possible, the increased budget enables us to cast our net farther afield to find talent. Riders Out
Jack is being released as the management just don't see what he can produce at the higher level. We wish the young Aussie well. Another Australian that is leaving is Dean Windsor as he doesn't fit the team's future direction. He is quick but doesn't have a lot to go with it. Young Scott Thwaites has been a loyal servant for Endura and it's a shame to let him go but, like Anderson, he will just run out of ability at the higher level. Alexandre is another victim of the shake up going on. A great rider on his day but his lack of power on the flat makes his sprinting ability almost obsolete. We hope another team will be willing to take Blain on. Basque climber Iker has decided that his future lies away from Endura and despite the management doing everything they could to keep hold of him, he's off to pastures new. With five riders leaving, a fresh influx of riders is needed, and with young Bradley Smith being confirmed as stagiaire already, the squad needs further boosting. Young Philip Lavery will be the team's first Irishman and having been without a contract for a year, the northern classics rider and sprinter will want to show that he has the required ability. Signed as a team leader after not enjoying his one season at super-team BMC, Stevo wants to take this challenge on at this late stage of his career. A superb all rounder, Cummings will hope to score some great results.
