Boonen is extending his lead now. They'll have to work together if they want to see him again.
They have time for that.
Who is Dejeux rider there?
It's Ladagnous |

A second group with Vansummeren and another Sky rider almost back now. This could favour the chasers over Boonen.

Gap is increasing, which means Boonen has a chance. Question is, if they will be able to pull him in when he tires later

Sky riding smart. First riding the group apart, then waiting for it to get together again |

This is bullshit from Sky and Flecha. Flecha attacks his team mates, only to drop Stannard, who has made contact again now, to chase Boonen, like they did before Flecha attacked. They lost 20 seconds on Flecha's nonsense.
Boasson Hagen had every chance of winning this, with a determined chase from Sky, but Flecha decided to attack. I don't get it at all.
Well, they've lost 20 seconds on a joke of an attack from Flecha, hopefully they can do something right about it now, giving Boasson Hagen a good shot at the big thing again.
But this looks more and more like a superb solo win from Boonen. Amazing ride so far, so strong. |

Terpstra plays the team mate role perfectly. He messes up the chase all the time.

What is Boonen thinking? He can outsprint everyone, why go on the offensive?
He knows that if he did that everyone would just say Cancellara would have won if he was there. He's trying to do what Cancallara usually does. |

It is ironic race..I do not see any reason for Boonen to replace motorcyle Cancellara. He is doing well so far |
