Hit the right move, but I suppose I needed Reimer there in order to get another win
It's good-ish, though. |

That goes to show that Keinath is a quality rider. Not strong enough for the mountains yet though.
First time this season crossing a finish line first for B&O!!!!!

I like how Proximus screwed themselves out of the stage win. I got the feeling these kind of GT's are a bit of overkill though. We get some nice racing in the mountains, but the flat stages after the mountains are kinda rendered useless.
Ow well, regained the point jersey, but i doubt Van Stayen or Roelandts is actually going to win it.

I also have my heart up the throat on these ones. Let's hope for sunny days.

Turning into a bit of a disaster this for Colombia. Ballester hopelessly outclassed in the breaks, Abal constantly finding himself missing being at the front of things and Rogers pulling out just the icing on the cake..... |

Another good stage, although no I am fearful of both mountain and flat stages. Valls has been surprisingly good again.

Heh, the game is realistic. My team has to cover all breakaways, and if they miss them, they're punished by working at the front of the peloton for no reason |

Another strong performance from Contador. Can't be anything but thrilled with that. Madrazo is out of comparison, and to keep getting seconds on Intxausti is very nice. 16th seems to be the best I can get from Serpa here, but as long as he is putting in a good effort to keep Contador on the podium it doesn't matter if he is 15th or 19th. Contador also moving slightly up in the Points competition and keeps 2nd mountains. Keep it up.

The stagewin is impossible here. Madrazo is just way too strong. Nice move from Contador though, and Serpa seems to be where he needs to be in placing Contador in the right wheel. I will really need to look into more of these kind of riders in the future, as they are obviously more important in this PCM version than the previous. Both Morabito and Dees is practically useless in these terrains despite being decent climbers.
I hate that Intxausti keeps hanging on, and he could take a little back on Contador in the TT, and then a piece of bad luck could twist me off the 2nd place. I'm holding onto the hope of this 2nd place, as it would bring me slightly back into contention of top 10 PT.

Wow, excellent report, I thought Contador was going to take the stage for a while there. But yeah having domestiques to put you in the perfect position every climb helps massively.
You can tell how tough this tour has been by the fact that 20th place is over an hour back.

Great. Terciado gets in his 2nd or 3th break, and only now starts going for KoM. Can't complain though, probably 3th/4th in the points and mountains.
