It doesn't work like that.
I can easily say that I have some info, and when it's published: "Hah, I saw it coming!" -- but who knows if you did unless you tell us who's involved?
Indeed!!
You have to send the information by private PM to a site admin (like Crue) who will keep it quiet and verify that you really did have info BEFORE it breaks.

Actually Levi could just say the name of the rider without mentioning the team he goes to.

Skil is signing some promising youngsters (Sinkeldam, Dumoulin). Not to mention they already have Kittel and Geniez. |

Is it about Greipel, Hermans or Visconti? Or someone else?

Nice tries. I'm going to resist the urge to be a leak, though I suppose that because I am neither an employee of either team, nor the rider in question and that it was through my incredible powers of deduction and then asking questions until I got answers like "I can neither confirm nor deny" I am not a leak, rather a proper journalist. ( a jab at Crue)

a proper journalist would print the information as it might be quite a scoop.

It'll be someone Levi knows, going to some American team, or team based in America. So some middling American Californian rider, off to Radioshack. Hmm, who could it be?

good effort. If it's not out by the 1st I might put it up here, then Crue can break his story: "According to a source on the internet..."

On another forum someone posted Hermans to Leopard-Trek and their source was Gazet van Antwerpen. I tried to find it but I could not ... probably caused by me not knowing the language . Maybe someone else would have more luck than me |

Hilarious from Lefevere as usual
@inrng
the Inner Ring
Quick Step's Patrick Lefevere says he's in talks with Mark Cavendish. Presumably they're not discussing the weather.

Apparently, QuickStep is the team that lacks points and managements:

Speaking of HTC, Brian Holm says that he has received an offer from a team which "has the budget, but lacks points and management".
He will be able to take Aldag, Zabel and 4-5 of the best riders from HTC with him, he says.
However, if Stapleton comes up with a new sponsor, I'm pretty sure that Brian Holm will stay with the team. |

Does anybody knows, when ends the contract of Monfort with Leopard, because he could be a very good and needed transfer for QuickStep. |

He's staying with Leopard until the end of 2013.
