Where's Löfkvist? Did he drop to support Wiggins, just drop, or is he still with Leipheimer and the gang?

That will teach the arrogant Kreuziger
Who said he was full of confidence and that Gesink was nervous and no problem.
Where are you now Roman??
Bye. |

Contador has an interesting dilemma:
1) Accept that the pace slows at the top of the climb, and then ride the Jens-train down to the finish (13k or so left of flat after the descent).
2) Distance Jens now, gain some time, but then be forced to lead down the descent and share work for the flat afterward.
Seems like he's going for 1. I think I'd accelerate past Voigt, just to get rid of him and piss Schleck off, meaning something like "you can set whatever tactic you wish to, I'm above that".
Then gently share the work with him in the descent and the valley. |

Jens is riding faster than the Armstrong group, so I can see why Contador is happy with the pace. |

Most ridiculous part of this is that the Alps are the easier of the two mountain sections.. |

Don't know, but he is sick, and I'm not sure he'll make the time limit... |

I'd say theres more of a dilemna for Schleck. Stick with Voigt for greater help in the descent albeit accepting no gains on Contador - or try to attack Contador, given that he needs more time over him.

He had some trouble berfore the Norwegian RR, but won that race. But maybe that same issue is getting back now.
Race:
Voigt is done, his legs is broke now
