Nope, no way. People will chase contador. He needs to be close all the time. 1 minute is managable.

Sam San G finally. Hopefully a top 3 but surely a top 5. VDB looked ok too to be fair. Schleck still needs more time going into that time trial be interesting to see if saxo can help him in the mountains though. I know samual sanchez is not a time trialist but better than andy and be interesting to see if andy can follow on the two stages with long descents to the finish as one of them I think sanchez could gain abit of time there. Hes only around 1:50 back.

Wouldn't be any difference between the energy he'd save had he been 10 secs faster and what he'll save now. If you want to save yourself, there'd have to be several minutes of difference between what you could do, and what you do do.

What I do do?

Menchov and Gesink didn't look too good today staying at the back of the group almost the whole climb or even the whole stage for Menchov but it finished quite well for them.

Oh look, it's the guy who insults everyone.
Did you see the crashes? Anyone who saw them can easily see he's not hurt. No one would be hurt by that. He just doesn't have it.
And even if he was hurt, crashes usually affect you a lot more the day after, and especially two days after the crash. Evans crashed very hard, has a cut leg....and oh look, he's right there at the front of the peloton.
Tell me my wise friend, have you ever ridden a bicycle before, and more importantly have you ever fallen of one while going 45 km/h? Judging by your post I would say no although it is more likely that you've got it in for Lance. Did he tap your wife or what?

Have you ever ridden a bike? Cause you fall if you try to go 45 km/h through a roundabout. You just can't turn hard enough to make it through.
