I'm not on my own computer, so I can't check - but I'm nearly 100 % sure that it contains a ReadMe.txt. |

But that's not the problem. The problem is that you haven't installed ProgramFiles.7z correctly. |

This is not the full pack. It`s the 1030 to V2 pack with about 2,2gb.
So you have to go the first way.
So you need also the first two links in the first way I posted above and then install everything in the order I posted above. In this pack you install the smaller install first and then the big Variants.

Sorry if it's already been asked but is there any chance to see riders retire?
I'm in 2013 and no one retired yet, even though some of them are really weak and above 45 years old ...

Normally they should retire. Might be a bug. Can`t say much to this topic as I never played that long. |

This is a general problem with all Daily DBs - riders don't retire. I have no idea why not - it's not like there's a general setting in the DB which can disable riders from retiring...
It may have something to do with the amount of riders in the DB -- but really, I have no idea. |

Yeah, and over on the faaar right(with all of the NC stuff, if im not completly wrong). Remember to uncheck the team filter list if it's a rider that's not on your team.

Hum, there is something called "gene_b_will_retire"
but there is already a 1 (instead of 0) in the box of most of the older cyclists...

Australia, because that is who he would represent at the WC's. |

Yes. He decided this or last year to participate for Australia. Before he would have ridden for Germany. |
