Just change the rider development in the beginning of your career in the small window, where you can change financial difficulty, random db and other stuff.
Normally 0.5 is okay, but in your case I would reduce it to 0.1 - 0.3. |

STA_stage -> fkIDrelief.
You also need to check the mountain/hill ratio. I don't remember the exact name of the column, but it's also in STA_stage. If you want the climbers to dominate, set it to 1. |
