Stage 3 : Vegas del Genil - Cordoba
After the great win by Greipel yesterday we´re expecting another one today. The stage is really flat and so it should be no problem for our team to get at least a podium
The break was again big but this time they didn´t work together
Our team did a good job today after many bloopers in the last tour
The break was already caught but the wind was strong today which means the pack was divided up into many groups.Greipel,Eisel and Grabsch could stay in the first group
With only 5 kilometres to go again our sprint train was the fastest with Bert Grabsch, the German TT champion,at the front and Eisel as lead-out man for Greipel
Eisel takes the lead with only 4 kilometres to go;only Van Dijk and Stijn Minne could follow
The sprint is beginning and Greipel makes his move. This seems to be another stage win for us
Greipel wins the stage while Eisel even becomes second.Great double for us but again I have to say the competition is weak there.Van Dijk managed to get a podium in front of Minne.Again we were able to get a gap to the rest of the pack. This time a gap of 47 seconds, that means Greipel is the new leader of the tour

Stage 4 : Marbella - Benahavis
After the two stage wins by Andre Greipel the tour becomes serious! The fourth stage is one of the hardest and it will be one with many attacks. So Rogers and Albasini have to be careful at some riders
The break was a lot stronger than yesterday and they were still in front at the last climb
On this last climb of today´s stage Garcia Da Pena made the first serious move
Herrada went after him
Next attack came from Mares
Also Murn wanted to shine today
And then Michael Albasini made his move but where was Rogers?
Here he is!He follows his team-mate at the top of the ascent
The breakaway was still in front on the downhill with more than 2 minutes
Mares....
...and Castano, our main contender for the overall could make a move on the downhill
The break did a great job today and they were still leading with only 6 kilometres to go
Albasini had more energy left than Rogers and so he tried to go after Castano and Mares
Rogers could stay in this group with Murs,Herrada and Garcia Da Pena
The break managed to win this stage.De Schrooder from An Post - Sean Kelly is the winner of this stage and the new leader of the tour
Garcia is second in front of Mumford
Albasini is at the finish line with almost 4 minutes behind the stage winner
Rogers comes with the next group
Stage results

Yes 47 seconds are a lot!But you see it didn´t help us in the 4th stage
And it´s mostly luck if I get the train rightbut thanks |

Stage 5 : Torrox Costa - Antequera
It´s the last stage in Andalucia! After the break could win yesterday´s stage we´re expecting a hard stage today, where all the favorites want to attack.De Schrooder is the leader but we don´t think that he can defend his jersey because his climber stats aren´t really well,so Castano should be the great favorite for this stage and for the overall....but let´s see
The breakaway with Rasmus Guldhammer
Rogers was the first one who was attacking on the last climb with only 20 kilometres to go.Mares went after him
Murn wants to show his strength
Castano and Herrada didn´t want to stay in the pack anymore;they were following Rogers
Daniel Silva is in front after he could make his last move out of today´s break.Rogers,Pinho and Castano are just a few metres behind him at the last KoM
On the downhill Rogers and both Centro Ciclismo de Loulé - Louletano riders could get a little gap to Castano
Rogers and Pinho were in front while the first leading group....
.....with Castano and Herrada is a few seconds behind
But with only 4 kilometres to go they were in one group and it seemed like this stage will be decided in a sprint
Castano is in front;Rogers is still looking for the best position
The sprint begins and Castano is fast,Rogers, too. But if he can pass Pinho and Castano?
Yes he can pass Pinho but it seems that Castano takes the stage win today
That´s it!!Stage win and overall win for Castano in front of Rogers
Stage results
1 | Carlos Castaño | Xacobeo - Galicia | 4h30'31 | 2 | Michael Rogers | Team HTC - Columbia | s.t. | 3 | Celestino Pinho | Centro Ciclismo de Loulé - Louletano | s.t. | 4 | José Herrada | Caja Rural | s.t. | 5 | Uros Murn | Adria Mobil | + 22 | 6 | Eddy Ratti | De Rosa - Stac Plastic | s.t. | 7 | Gustavo César Veloso | Xacobeo - Galicia | s.t. | 8 | Rory Sutherland | UnitedHealthcare presented by Maxxis | s.t. | 9 | David GarcÃa Da Pena | Xacobeo - Galicia | s.t. | 10 | Jakub DanačÃk | PSK Whirlpool - Author | s.t. | 11 | Cesar Fonte | Barbot - Siper | s.t. | 12 | Daniel Silva | Centro Ciclismo de Loulé - Louletano | s.t. | 13 | Michael Albasini | Team HTC - Columbia | s.t. | 14 | Rasmus Guldhammer | Team HTC - Columbia | s.t. | 15 | Martin MareÅ¡ | PSK Whirlpool - Author | + 1'31 |
Overall
1 | Carlos Castaño | Xacobeo - Galicia | 17h05'52 | 2 | Michael Rogers | Team HTC - Columbia | + 1'11 | 3 | José Herrada | Caja Rural | + 1'41 | 4 | Benny De Schrooder | An Post - Sean Kelly | + 1'54 | 5 | Reid Mumford | Kelly Benefit Strategies | + 2'01 | 6 | Egoitz GarcÃa | Caja Rural | + 2'02 | 7 | Rory Sutherland | UnitedHealthcare presented by Maxxis | + 2'08 | 8 | Matthieu Halleguen | Bretagne - Schuller | + 2'09 | 9 | David GarcÃa Da Pena | Xacobeo - Galicia | + 2'11 | 10 | Uros Murn | Adria Mobil | + 2'12 | 11 | Gustavo César Veloso | Xacobeo - Galicia | + 2'22 | 12 | Martin MareÅ¡ | PSK Whirlpool - Author | + 2'26 | 13 | Sergej Fuchs | Team Nutrixxion Sparkasse | + 3'25 | 14 | Celestino Pinho | Centro Ciclismo de Loulé - Louletano | + 3'48 | 15 | Eddy Ratti | De Rosa - Stac Plastic | + 3'49 |
Well,it´s for sure that Guido Mukk will like this results for Xacobeo
