The route doesn't suit Grabsch, sadly.

Which route does suit him? I mean, I know he is better on the flat than on hilly terrain but even on the flat he gets beaten time and time again, and not only by Cancellara... |

On a flat TT on big wide roads with as few corners as possible he is the best in the world.

Completely flat, no tight corners, and here's the essential part: more than 50kms suits him.
After about the 40th km he starts winning insane time on everyone. Cancellara included.

Unfortunatelly for him Cancellara has over a minute on him at that point if he´s in form.

Nope on plain flat Grabsh is just as good as Cancellara, Cancellara just has great bikehandling skills which makes him win much time over Grabsch in the corners.

Boom, nice! And let's hope Clement will pull off a medal again. That'd be great. |

Cancellara is a certainty (normally) beyond that it's all form of the day...
If Clement has the same, or better, form than as the Dutch nationals, he has a good chance for a medal |

No racing on the friday, which sucks.
Here's the rundown:
Wednesday:
Men U23 ITT
Women ITT
Thursday
Men Elite ITT
Saturday:
Men U23 RR
Women RR
Sunday:
Men Elite RR
I can't explain it, but I'm looking forward to the worlds much more than any other year. And there's really no reason for that.
Can't wait for the U-23 ITT

Not gonna happend Christer, the course is to hard, harder than last year. And he hasn't shown that he is still good in races when they reach 250 km.

Ben Gastauer refuses to race for Luxembourg. Poos won't ride either. And Kirchen is ill, F. Schleck injured and A.Schleck says he probably won't race because he's not in form.
Wow, those 9 places for Luxembourg are so much less of a waste now.......oh wait.

Wasn't Gastauer riding the U23 instead? Or did they intitially want him in the Elite race?
I think Norway should get their 9 spots |

So Gastauer isnt even doing U23 now, or is it just that he refuses to do Elite rather than U23?
So it it only Didier riding now?
