well thanks but to be honest i don't know anything about stuff like this, it just comes to me when it comes to looking for stuff
and to your question you can give it to whom you like but that would mean actually putting them to the top of the ProTour as well, does that bother you, if not i will tell you how
EDIT: there is somewhere Sporting

@Addy291,
thanks for your detailed response in outlining the addition of National Champs. Ive been asking this question in Cyanide Forums for weeks without a response. I wanted to ask though, does this work for National TT Champs and does it assign a national jersey as well???? |

1. open Hannes Convertor and load your savegame (obviously)
2. open the table DYN_cyclist
3. find your cyclist(s)
4. scroll across 46 columns (yes i counted) to the column score_f_UCI
5. take note of what his score is (you'll probably need it later) now change it to, whatever you like
6. now scroll across 3 columns to rank_i_UCI, make note of what his position is (need it later) now change it to 1
7. now it makes sense to change the actual #1 to what your guy was so the numbers you made notes of place them in the appropriate columns
8. save via the bottom save button, then the big top button, make sure you click on the table before clicking ok
now if this doesn't work, (it should work fine) then i will tell you what should make it work
but what i have said should be enough

it does work for TT's (well it should) and yes it should assign a national jersey, if it doesn't tell me and i will have a look at it again
if it does work then please say also as i like to hear if what i am telling people to do actually works
that goes for all people i give advice to, can you all please say if it worked or not as i don't want to tell people the same thing and it doesn't work for them also

for TT's the steps are the same, aparts from these modified steps
6. fkIDnewUCI_class put the code '15' (national champs TT)
18. fkIDstage_type put 2
26. gene_f_time_gap put 0
54. gene_i_max_cyclist put 5
btw i think that column i mentioned 'gene_f_spline_length' is to do with the distance as for the Belgian TT champs it is 3830 and the length is down as 38.29999, unfortunatley it doesn't work quite like this for all of them
and i think that is it, so as i say please do say whether things work or not, or something is slightly wrong like it is still a RR as opposed to a TT
hopefully nothing will be wrong but please still say if it went without a glitch

thanks for that i never saw that table now i know how do do jersey rider pics and suchB)
as to your question i can't see anything in the convertor that gives out national champions jerseys
i'm afraid you will have to try calling it champion_... or whatever and see if that works unfortunatley, if it doesn't then i will have a very deep look, there are columns that' say gene_b_is_national_champion but that doesn't give it out automatically you would have to open your save and put a 1 in that column
as i say you will just have to name the jersey and hope it gets given out, as there is nothing that i currently see that will give them out, on any national champs races, but if it still doesn't work then i will look again, sorry

yes it is possible
1. open Hannes
2. open DYN_team
3. and there is a grey box on the far left of each row, click on this
4. that team's row will now be highlighted in blue
5. press delete on your keyboard
6. save using both save buttons, make sure you click on the table when the screen pops up and ok
man this Nicholas guy has only posted once in his own thread and it's 2 pages

Shit! I'm dead. Addy will chase me down and kill me
It didnt work. I did everything (i think) that you said, but when i was saving both Stage and Race, it came a message that something was wrong, and i could continue or end. If i pressed continue it would trie to ignore the error, but it didnt work.
I'll trie again tomorrow, but i dont bother it tonight. |
