You're left with 17 riders. 15 of them are being re-tested for Dynepo (previously undetectable), CERA, etc. No exact names are known except for Evans.
If I really had to bet, I'd say the two not being retested are Casar and Vande Velde. That doesn't mean I necessarily trust them, though. (okay, Casar)

Thoose were my bets for 3 of the non-tested can't really see any obvius non-dopers among the rest of top 15. But it's very important to remember just because they are resting samples from 15 riders don't mean 15 riders testing positive at the end.
EDIT: As Fofonov tested positive after the tour I take it they aren't testing his samples.

This means 15 of the top 20 of last year's Tour have very suspicious blood values that strongly indicate maniputation, so their samples are being re-tested now that a more advanced EPO test is available, that among other things, can finally detect Dynepo.
Evans is one of the riders in question. The others are likely everyone in the top 20 except for Casar, Möinard, Kohl and Fofonov.
This does not mean all 15 are doped....but that is a strong possibility.
However, doping tests are fallible, so don't expect every doper to be caught. Very far from it. |

Turns out the media reporting all the retested 15 riders were in the top 20 weren't 100% correct. But almost.
ten Dam (22nd) is also being tested. And that's official.
And so is Menchov. And that's also official.
