Okay :S that is weird... I can't scout in all the new countries..there is just a pink dot instead of a country. And everyone from the new countries are named Abelardo Ablanedo. I am using V2.1 so that is weird |

Hmm... I played with V3 but it stopped at stage 2 of Vuelta Colombia, so I reinstalled the game and installed V2.1...besides a have a problem at 16/3 now

So basically, you're playing with a mix of several databases, one of which was withdrawn - no wonder you're experiencing the problems with the scouting zones |
