Super talents
ReLo
No he didn't, he is already with CSC, they obviously have some exceptional scouts and trainers. Judging by the logo, Gizim is playing with Rock Racing.

Your right, but as its seven thirty in the morning and I'm sick, its Waghlon's fault

Sick.
how many riders have +80 climbing in 2016?
i mostly get just too much good climbers

About 5 auto generated. At first there were too many good climbers, but now Evans, Valverde, Sastre etc. are losing skills, so it's fairly balanced.

I've played another game up to 2014 without any new good climbers, the best had 78 climbing i believe. As you can see, it varies from game to game.

I may not have Sidka, but i do have the second best rider in my game:

sorry to hijack the thread, but anyway :

Has the "fkID_cyclist_lists_progression" column that determines the growth spurts of a rider vanished from the Dyn_Cyclist part of the DB ? Or been switched to another spot ?

Or am i just going blind here ?

The progression system has changed.

I didn't dig completely into it yet, but anyway: In DYN_cyclist, there's a column called gene_i_year_progression. This column shows how fast or slow a rider will develop (from 1 to 5 with 1 being very slow and 5 being very fast).

so everything linear now ? Kind of liked the idea of a dynamic progression. Dunno how well it worked as i didnĀ“t play last years game, but reading about it it sounded interesting.

Speaking of Super Talents. For some reason I found 4 0r 5 Future Greats all from Italy in one year. Plus 8 or 9 Promisings from USA and Italy.

OK, this explains it better. I thought it is linked to STA_cyclist_list_progression.
There is another column called gene_i_day_progression, which does show how many days it will go until the rider will improve next. I have tested it, if I set it to 1 the rider will improve at the next day.
But my rider did not develop according to this list
i468.photobucket.com/albums/rr43/Adams5050/traning.pnghe was training stage races but he only got 1 point in FL, MO, TT and REC. The trainer has 8 in stage races, this is pretty good in my opinion.

In Sta_Training_exercise is where the chart above is. You can also edit it to change what each training method does. I also changed gene_i_day_progression to 1 and i looked at only 1 rider. He is a 66 overall 8 potential rider who is training in stage racing, His only improvement was 1 in Mountain. I wonder why?

I believe that the stat which will improve first has to do with the columns capital_f_hill, capital_f_recuperation, etc. The higher this value the more likely that stat will rise next.

Just checked this with 2 riders that were just going to increase in stats the next day when I looked in editor. Columns of capital_f_xxx that were at about 40-60 did not increase. But those where the value was over 100 certainly increased. One rider was a young talent with already 71 on stamina, his capital_f_endurance was at a whopping 199,... (the highest in the whole table) and he was training puncheur so a training value of 3 on stamina --> his stamina now suddenly increased with 3 to 74.

So editing gene_i_day_progression to 1 and setting the capital_f columns high on the stats that you want will make a rider evolve just the way you want him too.
