Team might be dead... but they're still going to win the tour.
For the most part Lance/Contador would have the same goals. There's not a guy Lance would want to chase that Contador wouldn't... other then Contador himself. Same goes the other direction.
Until Lance/Contador loses time to someone not on the team... I'm not sure where whatever dysfunction they have would impact the team performance much.
Next year will be fun with the two on different teams going head to head (and Lance probably having more support then the "new" Astana... where Contador might have the same issues with Vino he now has with Lance) |

Contador going to Alonso's new cycling team next year bc if there are significant organisational changes (vino returning management changing) he can leave already this year without having to pay compensation. It is also rumored that Santander will be the sponsor of this team... |

Well. Saxo Bank has openly said that they intend to use radio communication even if it's banned. And that the other teams, which have signed the protest, will do the same. |

that's silly. no one used radios 20 years ago and it was not more dangerous, hell the races were better for viewers and more unpredictable. |

the safety would not matter at all the only reason there fighting is beacuase with team radios they can get info over about puncture such as which tyre front or back and they can get it ready quickly like schleck yesterday when he punctured the team was ready staright away took seconds without radio he could only start to tell them what tyre when he got back and that could take a longer amount of time. |

According to their website, he was the only one scheduled to appear at the press conference. So I guess that means they will now lose the Tour because their top rider showed up to a press conference he was supposed to be at. |

Vino has distroyed the team.
Armstrong + Bruyneel go off to make an american team
Alberto goes to Caisse/Santander

Uhm, that wasn't what Guido said. He said that the team is 'no more' - that it will split apart, like doddy says.
Sure, they'll win the Tour. |

I see now that I read it a little more closely, I thought he meant that they were done in this race because they didn't get along....still it is no big dela in my mind that Contador was the only one there....As far as after the Tour the team will probably dissolve as it currently is as Lance, Levi and Johann will probably go and start Armstrong's team, Horner, Popo and JB too I would guess. |

Is there a town called Ildabaothdun? Any clues?
EDIT: Because if it does, that town would rock.

at this moment pessimist will say..that they have 1-2 in Paris. I'd like to be optimist and hope that Alps will change a lot.
After worse Pyrenees ever..

If there is, whoever named it should be shot.
There's a place in France called Portugal, and a place in Portugal called France, though. |
