We've sorry that the bet is late, but it'll come eventually
on topic; Cav will be dropped on the climb and Freire takes the win *wishful thinking* |

Talking about chavinisme: The Dutch tv station NOS asked the Dutch public some questions about the Tour. One of them was who you think will win, and Menchov comes out best About 25% to 20% for Contador.

If the strong teams take control in the first half and puts on a high pace, the sprinters and especially Cav will have trouble following.. |

Why would the sprinters teams take control in the first half
It would be pointless, it's not a hard stage

The most bets on who will win made in Denmark thinks Armstrong will win

Does anyone know who FDJ is riding for in the sprint?
Is it Hutarovich or Geslin? |

Is there not going to be a bet?
On tv yesterday they said that it's small roads today so a brake maybe will go in.

In Provence wind is always a factor, the peloton can split up.

He'll be up there in the mix.
Being on the same team as Contador might turn out to be a masterstroke. |

It's his worst result on a TT in TDF after he won it in 1999. Before yesterday in the last 11 TDF TTs he had attended he had only finished outside of top 3 once, in the prolouge in 2003. Now he ends 10, this and his performance in the Giro, shows me that he ain't strong enough for a top 5, I predit him to a top 10-15.
