I didn't think I'd use the custom team option during build up to release, but now that I see it I kinda fancy building my own team. Nationality/budget/ambitions still to be decided.

I may get the game this weekend and I think that I'm going to create my own team, with riders like Voigt, Sylvain Chavanel, Boasson-Hagen, Valvajec (maybe), a couple of decent sprinters and some young talents. I still have to decide other aspects of the team though. |

Im gonna create my own team, and add Hushovd, Arvesen and Boasson Hagen to the team..
apart from them, it will contain youth riders to fill up the squad, and ill hope to develope a few of them into good riders:=)
They have this great beer here in England, I really love it. Its called Pint.

I have started a new custom team - eBAY, with a combination of American and Spanish riders. The $350,000 budget limits the talent but you have to work your way up.

If you change the Orientation of Custom Team in the settings when starting a career, I'm pretty sure that the budget can either decrease or increase. |

I don't have the game, how exactly does it work? You pick how good the team is and then decide which real riders you want and they just leave their current teams? Or you can just pick youth talents? Sorry if this is addressed somewhere else in the forum... |

u get a small budget, enough to get a few good seniors. then u fill the rest of the team with youths. u can ofc choose if u want only youths or not |
