And the same with Contador... Purely and simply the fact that every race he goes out to he rides in a want that he has to win it. |

Wouldn't surprising at all, no. But at some point he must meet his limit. He has been racing A LOT so far this season and it seemed like he was fading a bit in the last week of the Giro. So whether he has the form to do it, is the big question I think.

Do you think Levi will take a break and then try for the Vuelta, or do you think Kloden or AC will want it? |

Nope i think he should take Dauphine win..because this is it. Contador will probably go after another Vuelta win..a little depends how Tdf go's. |

well if you but me in the situation Suisse or Dauphine..then Suisse it is..
Don't know even why? Maybe because it is closer to tdf..and I always feel sry. for guy who won Dauphine..poor bastard you have peaked to early.
2006 Levi..was nowhere at the tour in the same year. Once was trying to go after breakaway..did not made it.
2007 and Moreau..was able to follow only at the first mountain stage..( he was TdF podium candidate..strong one)..
2008 Valverde..tour stage 1 win..first week domination..and that was it.
Also I remember wet and pale Vino ..who probably filled he's blood bags in Dauphine

In 2002 he didn't have much competition.
In 2003 winning the Dauphiné took so much out of him that his hip snapped out of alignment, and thus only Ullrich having a lot of bad luck saved him from losing the Tour.
So, yeah, Guido's quite right in his analysis.

This was the year where Ullrich actualy managed to drop Lance in mountain stage..at the end he just won about 5-10 sec. ..
and TT bad luck spoiled this battle of the decade..
So I realy hope that Contador will own them all..
