yes but it is on the site in "Downloads" but i think Crue is worried at the amount of Bandwidth Limit Exceeded notices we've been getting, and is trying to cut down on them
anyway seen as I'm the nicest person ever

Don't know if I can be helpful, if you want I can upload it to my space (that's only a temporary solution, because it has some obvious problems), but then it would be avalaible only when I'm connected (so people should add me on msn so that i don't shut down while they download).
But maybe the disadvantages are more than the advantages....
Anyway, positive feedback for the gct, i downloaded it correctly and it works fine, thank you crue
btw, just to be sure, where does the GCT installer put the DB? In "my documents" folder or in CyM folder under c:\programs? And where should i put the fix? I put it under the c:\programs\cyanide\database one.

I think GCT installs the DB in the Programs-folder. |

Hi Folks
I have discovered that the official database is screwed bigtime. Duplicate names, continuity issues, wrong and missing information, and various other issues involving missing information or incorrect info in history as well as when processing certain races at end of season, all seemingly database related.
This ones reported as better.
What's the best bit about this one? |

it doesn't really have a best bit as such it is only a very early db, but it includes new graphics, real names, good stats etc. a better one will no doubt emerge, but at the moment this is the best db as there are only this and the Cya official real names db that are currently compatible with the latest patch i think

I saved it where cristian said to, but i put a .cdb at the end, it may take a while but would it make a difference if i named it the officialrelease.cdb as the other one makes it crash?

i never had any problems with importing databases in cycling manager, but in pcm07, i have.
i dowloaded an database, played with it for some time. but i wanted some changes. i used hannes converter. so i changed the database, saved it under another name in the file databases. but when i'm in the game, i cant choose my database. it just isn't in the list
how come?
