Very exciting transfer season ahead for you! I expect we'll talk - even if just about your need to loan out a huge number of talents |

Thank you for the comments!
Indeed, guys like Halvorsen, Erdenebat, Aular did not spend a season developing at us, but the plan is to not sell everybody off at once, but do it over the course of two off-seasons. The plans can always change for the right (trade) offer nonetheless.
Two up-to-date tables on some LPH figures now:
First, the individual points scored. Zmorka takes over the reign from Manninen, and it'll be a long time before anyone flies past Zmorka I think. Baugnies still in the top-10 with only a CT season is nice.
| Total | Best season | Marlen Zmorka | 3305 | 948 | Matti Manninen | 3076 | 1256 | Sergio Higuita | 1302 | 698 | Jasha Sütterlin | 948 | 346 | Ryan Eastman | 911 | 911 | Orluis Aular | 881 | 454 | Ruben Zepuntke | 718 | 376 | Kristoffer Halvorsen | 574 | 574 | Jerome Baugnies | 542 | 542 | Simon Spilak | 508 | 508 |
Second, all team victories individually etc. Zmorka also number one here, and hard to catch anytime soon. Kelderman quite the legend.
| Classics | GCs | Stages | Jerseys | Total | Marlen Zmorka | 2 | 5 | 12 | 2 | 21 | Matti Manninen | 2 | 2 | 11 | 3 | 18 | Jerome Baugnies | 3 | 1 | 1 | | 5 | Sergio Higuita | | | 3 | 1 | 4 | Carlos Alexandre Manarelli | | | 3 | | 3 | Matala Seboka | | | 1 | 2 | 3 | Roman Maksimov | 1 | | 1 | | 2 | Marco Guillen | | | 2 | | 2 | Stefan Petrovski | | | 1 | 1 | 2 | Robinson Steven Ruiz | 1 | | | | 1 | Wilco Kelderman | | | 1 | | 1 | Kristoffer Halvorsen | | | 1 | | 1 | Jasha Sütterlin | | | 1 | | 1 | Alejandro Osorio | | | | 1 | 1 | Team Classification | | | | | 5 | Team Time Trial | | | | | 2 |

Zmorka and Manninen remain the overwhelming legends of the team! Higuita is slowly making up ground.

Thank you for that comment, Abhishek. And yes, I sense that you were looking to read my availability post again, so here it is.

No standalone renewals post here, but a small recap: Developed talents and time trialists getting a bit greedy, Pira thinks he's worth something and leaders staying the same or taking a decent pay cut. Only released rider is greek titan Vlatos, who can hopefully end his career at his home team this season.
Now, the thing that might actually be interesting for some people, the...
Marlen Zmorka - A decent time trialist, has done quite some stuff for the team. Suitable for any division I'd say.
Jasha Sütterlin - a 79 time trialist, ready to rip CT apart, or potentially do half of that in PCT as well.
Ryan Eastman - Good guy. Had three PT(HC) stage races of a week or more, and was second everywhere! Also a solid top-5 in a GT without any real domestiques.
Daniel Eaton - A 77 TT domestique or CT leader, who's a nice domestique on other terrains as well.
Gabriel Marin - I swear to god himself that Marin will actually be really good in any division that is not PT. Might keep him myself to prove a point that he was just unlucky last season.
ALSO when transfer season arrives will highly likely try to find someone that likes to pay a nice chunk of wage from a lvl 1-3 loan to make you rich, as well as potentially 1-3's where I pay the full (low/medium) wage.
ALSO potentially on his way out for a season is Yesid Albeiro Pira, with me paying his wage. Since I'll relegate anyway it might be an idea to see how he handles PCT or CT.
Other names theoretically should stay, but definitely the non self developed riders might always be on their way out for the right deal.

We'd like to welcome our first two FA signings.
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | Casper Van Uden | 68 | 64 | 63 | 66 | 70 | 73 | 69 | 52 | 74 | 74 | 63 | 72 | 65 | 24 | | Casper Van Uden | 72 | 64 | 64 | 67 | 71 | 76 | 78 | 52 | 78 | 78 | 63 | 73 | 69 | 26 |
Van Uden is a dutch sprinter, making our former sponsor Galapagos happy. He will max at 'one year late' at 78.78 with decent energy stats. Hopefully he'll be a nice second sprinter for the team. Cost was 50k salary.
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | Matteo Milan | 67 | 55 | 63 | 61 | 69 | 68 | 65 | 63 | 73 | 73 | 62 | 59 | 63 | 22 | | Matteo Milan | 74 | 55 | 64 | 62 | 71 | 73 | 76 | 63 | 80 | 80 | 62 | 60 | 70 | 25 |
Milan is our first level one talent of the year and will be trying to go for sprint glory in the future, but also in the upcoming two Avenir editions. His sprint and acceleration will be a juicy 80/80 when he grows up, but his back-up stats are not the best. Still, we believe he can do well and, in the future, deliver nice points for his wage. His starting salary is 150k.

Please, consider mixing the sprinter path combined with the track-sprinter one to have the stamina slightly better than 71. Kooij will need a good lead out once van der Kooij declines
Very nice signings.

Very cheap deal for Milan. I guess not all talents are overpriced

Thank you for the comments. For the sake of Kooij's future WC attempts we'll make sure to have a look at different leveling options for Van Uden
We'd like to welcome our next signing.
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | Hector Exequiel Quintana | 71 | 60 | 68 | 72 | 69 | 72 | 68 | 60 | 66 | 64 | 66 | 69 | 72 | 23 | | Hector Exequiel Quintana | 74 | 62 | 69 | 78 | 73 | 78 | 72 | 60 | 66 | 65 | 68 | 69 | 78 | 26 |
Second Chilean in the team, the og's will remember we actually started the game under the Chilean flag in honour of Los Pollos CEO Gustavo Fring. Quintana will be part of the TTT train, and can score some individual back up points as well.

Milan and Quintana are great pickups! Very well done! Van Uden for that wage is a good pickup too, who will become a solid leadout. The Only negative with Those sprinters is they Will ask for more next season than you Can probably Pick him up in the FA market for.

@SotD: Van Uden is mean to be a sprinter himself so I hope he can prove you wrong in the future for calling him a lead-out
The team would like to say goodbye to Ryan Eastman, Daniel Eaton, Gabriel Marin and Jasha Sütterlin. The four of them (well, not Marin tbf) have played a vital role in keeping us in PT last season, and Jasha has given us nice points and even a stage win since a couple of years. But, we do have two new signings as well. First, the loanee.
Masaki Yamamoto joins us on a one-year deal from THE ONE - Fox God, as we'll make sure he'll gain a lot of experience in the highest division of MG cycling. He can be a nice asset both on undulating and time trial terrain.
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | | Masaki Yamamoto | 69 | 70 | 71 | 72 | 64 | 66 | 67 | 57 | 67 | 71 | 70 | 67 | 70 |
The big signing of the night was of course Juan Ayuso. The young Spaniard with a bright GC future joins us from Colombini Kometa and will have a lot to learn from Aular this season.
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | Juan Ayuso | 68 | 75 | 71 | 73 | 75 | 72 | 73 | 62 | 62 | 70 | 67 | 68 | 71 | 23 | | Juan Ayuso | 70 | 81 | 75 | 77 | 79 | 76 | 78 | 62 | 62 | 72 | 69 | 69 | 75 | 25 |

Ayuso is obviously a tremendous pickup, and a great way to shift towards your new philosophy by using your old riders as bargaining chips. Great signings on the other talents, too. The longer free agency goes, the more Milan stands out as a bargain.

Milan is a steal for an 80/80 sprinter nowadays, great job.
And securing Ayuso by offloading your aging stars is a masterpiece, should secure the PT future of the team for years to come. You might be at risk of going down this year, but not sure at all - and if you do, you'd be back up right for Ayuso's first maxed year. Well done!

Thank you for the comments, indeed hope these two can play a role in keeping LPH in PCT and above in the future
One more signing at an incredibly cheap wage just came in! We secured a decent future time trialist in Mathias Vacek, who has the capacity to follow uphill as well. His versatility could hopefully see him score some nice points on (un)expected moments, but we do hope his wage can go down rather quickly from the 400k we just paid him.
| Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | Age | | Mathias Vacek | 68 | 68 | 69 | 75 | 70 | 68 | 69 | 60 | 64 | 69 | 64 | 69 | 74 | 23 | | Mathias Vacek | 69 | 72 | 72 | 79 | 73 | 71 | 73 | 60 | 64 | 70 | 65 | 69 | 78 | 25 |

Yeah, really sad to have missed out on Vacek, but couldn't go for everyone at the same time ^^ Should be a fun rider for you - if he actually desires to stay with all those Latinos for a longer time

If I manage to stay up, I'll enjoy any PT seasons without you because the return will be scary! If not, then I guess I'll never know peace from the chicken brothers
