A Few quick questions from a complete noob??

Ok ive read the guide and unfortunately it looks like it only works from the start of the season when your riders are at 0% fatigue.

Im currently have way through May and my 3 main riders for CSC have almost filled their fatigue bars.
Ive left their fitness training at 0% for 10 days now and the fatigue levels are still the same!!!

How do I get their fatigue bars (yellow ones) down?This is really pissing me off that with just over a month to the TDF my heavy hitters will be dead on their feet all because i was stupid enough to leave the training to the fecking A.I AngryAngry!!!!!

Please please help Sad

hmm sorry mate you can't do anything start a new career and your top riders put them in the important races don't waste them in small races and if you are with a continental team don't try to promote from first year Wink

yes you shouldn't have completley wasted them at the start of the year,

have you put them in a lesuire training camp?, i'm not sure if that works on fatigue or race days/race fitness, though, but it's worth a try

well, I know that the form has a huge inpact in career mode , but this was in the single race mode...
