The profile with its undulations and plenty of corners always lends itself to breakaway wins, and once the break reached this size it was an uphill battle to fight.
Even worse, because of the mad scramble to still catch them, we messed up our timing for the potentially only train we actually end up forming this year (luckily we can field sprinters at basically any race so that's not really a waste of race days) and have to fly back halfway across the globe with nothing to show for...

Between being busy and basically constantly sick, I feel behind schedule to follow the early races live, and then my ADHD ass kicked in and faltered under that ever-growing backlog again.
I'm back for the Giro and hopefully everything after, and I want to reiterate I'm still very much committed to this game long-term if you want me around.
