Well, I've turned the anti-virus thing off and I still get the above error message.
Do you think it could be anything to do with Vista making PCM a read-only file? Whenever I install db's I have to drop the files in manually? Tried to take the read only thing off - but Vista always puts it straight back on. |

Well, the program is made on my Vista PC and runs fine here, so I don't think it has anything to do with Vista.

Mmmmm....
This is what I did -
I already have a DB installed, so instead of installing a DB, I copied the Blocs, Classifications, CM_Meshes, CM_Stages, CM_Textures and Gui folders.
I then renamed them Blocs[DB1], Classifications[DB1], CM_Meshes[DB1], CM_Stages[DB1], CM_Textures[DB1] and
Gui[DB1] and put them back into the PCM folder.
That means I have both folders in the PCM folder, ie - Blocs, Blocs[DB1], etc. I guess this is the same as installing a new DB.
Then when I click DB1, I get the message that the program has stopped working. I'm at a loss - would there be a maximum size this program can handle? The above folders are over 5GB in size combined.
I have plenty of room in My Documents for the back ups to be made. |

Are you running Windows Vista 32-bit or 64-bit?

Uhm, I really do not have an idea about what does it then. Sorry.

Me too.
Fortunately, I've got the PCM_09DB running in conjunction with Divinity at the moment though.
Seems they can both be used together - just means I have to keep switching the local. |

Strangely, with a fresh install and following exactly the same procedure as before, the DB changer now works for me.
Excellent work, AaB.
