The standard is fastest, and is in 2nd place in turning.
Snow is not so fast, but the turning is the best.
Ice is middle fast, but is bad in turning.
Or something.
I prefer snow or sun. Ice is boring. Snow is funniest.

There is also a Mountain Bike Challenge of the same developers which is a lot easier^^
