Welcome to the MG universe! I echo the others it's great to see a new region represenred in the game. Also I have some fond memories of the Tour of the Middle East, so nice to have a home team there too. Best of luck in your first transfers!

First Arrivals!
We are happy we can finally announce the first riders for our team! And we couldnt be more happier about who signed with us first!
Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | XP | Age | Pot | | Mohammed Al-Wahibi | 62 | 61 | 69 | 54 | 69 | 68 | 64 | 56 | 65 | 72 | 64 | 68 | 54 | 1.0 | 22 | 3 | | Abdulhadi Alajmi | 64 | 60 | 66 | 68 | 66 | 65 | 64 | 60 | 64 | 74 | 62 | 64 | 68 | 1.0 | 29 | 4 | | Nicolas Vinokurov | 66 | 63 | 69 | 60 | 63 | 66 | 66 | 56 | 63 | 65 | 68 | 66 | 63 | 1.0 | 22 | 6 |
We welcome the locals Al-Wahibi from Oman and Alajmi from Kuwait! Al-Wahibi is a young talent we discovered here in Oman and we saw that he has the potential to be a cornerstone for our project here so we are more than thrilled we could sign him.
Alajmi a rider from Kuwait who was cycling for many years already but couldnt exceed the local level, till now! So we will give him a chance to prove he is a worthy rider for this level of comptetion.
We are also really happy about our third rider, Nicolas Vinokurov! He definitely has the name to be succesful and we think he also has the skillset and poential to be so.
This were our first ones, the ones who made history! But we are "cooking" a lot more and hope soon we can follow with even more anouncements. I already talked to our sponsors and they are very pleased to with our doings! |

Al-Wahibi and Vinokourov should grow into decent punchers when maxed. Nice to see you get some local talents into the team to start off

Lovely to see you go for the Omani talent immediately, and I think the other two will also be fun to see develop

Like you can see we try to stay in Africa and Asia, where our Sponsors have connections to!
We heard that one of the riders may be old but well known in the cycling world here. So I hope he can deliver some nice results at the end of his career.
And the others bring either already a nice skillset or are still able to develop even if they arent the youngest anymore. |

Hope he’s as fun for you as he was for me. I still dream of him at night before waking up in this nightmare.

Altanzul is always a rider I will follow around after he spent so long with me. Great signings and I hope they do well for you! Antanzul has shown he can win a sprint so hopefully he can repeat last season for you again

Good job signing Sirironnachai. I hadn't planned to release him during renewals but had no choice. He's the last rider I think that was with my team since I started in 2014. Also he got me my first ever victory winning a flat classic from a breakaway. Hope he does well for you! |

AbhishekLFC & KaiserAdler:
I heard about his past and since he was kind of fitting for my region i wanted him. He declined for sure but I think he can still be helpful, so lets hope he can shine a bit at the end of his career!
Jakstar22:
I hope so too and I was surpirsed I could get him so easily! Now i just need to utilize him right.
Bikex:
Same like for Altanzul, surprisingly easy to aquire. Also he is a rider type i dont have yet so he will have plenty of chances to attack the hills!
After we showed you the foundation of my team we can present the next 5 additions. Now they are Off-Focus-Region cyclists, but most will have a more important role! Staring with the only Riders we aquired in a deal so far, Riccardo Minali & Mathieu La Lavandier!
Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | OVR | Age | | Riccardo Minali | 73 | 52 | 58 | 57 | 70 | 74 | 79 | 59 | 79 | 79 | 62 | 74 | 70 | 75.11 | 29 | | Mathieu La Lavandier | 66 | 75 | 73 | 62 | 73 | 70 | 72 | 52 | 53 | 63 | 77 | 68 | 61 | 72.94 | 32 |
With Minali we have our sprint leader! We hope he can do well for us and claim many podiums at sprint finishes. La Lavandier will be important help in the Mountains and maybe can also score himself.
The next 3 we did sign again from the Free Agent market:
Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | OVR | Age | | David Bartl | 68 | 76 | 71 | 70 | 71 | 72 | 73 | 51 | 59 | 68 | 70 | 65 | 74 | 73.8 | 33 | | Maurice Ballerstedt | 67 | 60 | 64 | 65 | 65 | 70 | 65 | 70 | 62 | 64 | 72 | 70 | 64 | 68.48 | 23 | | Richard Antonio Carapaz | 69 | 80 | 71 | 72 | 71 | 76 | 77 | 50 | 56 | 65 | 71 | 61 | 72 | 76.54 | 31 |
Bartl, a versatil rider for Stage races, not at the peak of his prime anymore but still very good and so we hope he can lead in some smaller races and otherwise support the captain. Ballerstedt then again is a young talent which will be also one of our best riders on cobbles so far but he has a brighter future at this terrain!
And now we come to the "Big One". Definitely our Team Leader, Richard Antonio Carapaz! We are more than happy we could secure him off the market. I hope in the field of the CT he will be one of the top Riders for Stage races and can secure us a lot of points!
Now we only have a few spots open and hope we can fill them with more interesting riders to join us. We haven have more money to spent and we have a completely unused Loan Cap! So I am sure we are able to do something nice here. |

First, I wish you all the best with Minali and La Lavandier! I believe Minali can perform a lot better than with me last year (even when it wasnt that bad also). And La Lavandier will help for sure too especially your lates addtition!
And Holy!!! What a great signing with Carapaz I am getting more and more happy that i dont focus stage races anymore If you use him wisely I am sure he will score very well for you!

Carapaz and Minali surely should be nice point scorers in CT. Great signings, and always love to see the south americans being taken care of

at all: Thanks you we were really thrilled to get our 2 leaders and especially Carapaz we hope will deliver greatly!
Nat. | Name | FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CB | SP | AC | FG | DH | PR | OVR | Wage | | Milos Borisavljevic | 68 | 77 | 73 | 74 | 74 | 74 | 75 | 54 | 59 | 65 | 64 | 68 | 74 | 75,22 | 105.000 | | Maxime La Lavandier | 68 | 74 | 72 | 56 | 72 | 72 | 71 | 54 | 63 | 66 | 68 | 73 | 56 | 71,78 | 50.000 |
Why only have one La Lavandier when you can have two? We are happy we could sign the twin of Mathieu, Maxime, also to support our leaders in the mountains! Hopefully he will get chances for himself too to score well.
Speaking about leaders. In a great deal with our new friends of Cedevita we could secure our third leader for the team this season. In addition to Carapaz, Milos Borisavljevic will lead the team at even more stage races! He has a great and versatile skillset and we hope can make good use for it the next year. We could loan him for one year from Cedevita (upon final comfirmation, but that shouldnt be a problem) otherwise there would not have been a possbility to add such a great rider also. We are very thankful and hope he can shine for both of our teams!
With this our team is almost complete. We may sign another talent and maybe some stagiaries but thats it then. EXCEPT someone wants to make use ouf remaining Loan Cap of 147.500 and also a bit wage cap. SO if you want us to develop your rider we are up for it! |

Really liking the team you've been able to piece together here despite the window really favouring existing teams with riders and money to burn.
Carapaz is a great leader to have in the CT while Borisavljevic is a great addition too. He spent many years with my team through ups and downs and definitely enjoyed his 2 years in the CT. Can't forget Minali who should also do quite well for you!

Some dank signings. Vinokourov was on my talent list (a bit flawed for me), happy to see him picked up though. Your leaders will definitely give you a nice set of points to put you in great position, just need to hope the rest can perform

y'all went deep on Carapaz and understandably so! We can't root against any of our Ecuadorian counterparts and hope that you use him well (and not against us!)
Surprisingly though, Sarawut Sirironnachai might be your best signing. 77HI and 77ST will do you very well this year!

I was quite sceptical early on seeing the first presented riders but between Carapaz, Minali and Borisavljevic you added a couple of really good riders!
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!
