pray, do explain?
We're disbanding all manager-less teams. A ProTour team, Carlsberg, no longer have a manager. So they are disbanded - but then theres a space in the ProTour. That is filled by LA/MSS/Pearl Jam since they were the best ranked continental team not to be promoted.

While in the past new players took over old teams, that wont happen anymore. We've decided that it isnt really fair for new managers to take over ProTour teams, since the managers of continental teams who have been with us for longer are more deserving of ProTour spots.
Therefore, all teams with no managers will be disbanded and their riders become free agents. So first and foremost, that means that Carlsberg are out of the ProTour and a 3rd continental team gets promoted. Well done LA/MSS/Pearl Jam, youve made it after all. (But use the rankings thread to celebrate!)

I think it is pathetic to be proud of being promoted just because someone else quit. You should get promoted through hard work and dedication. That's the whole point of the game. Take my team's example. I really feel sorry for you if you have to go to those lengths to get promoted.

Not bad for me, starting late and with less race days than everyone else, next year I hope to challenge for something. |

wow Nippo ended 12th!
Not so bad seeing as addy fucked up so badly that I had to rebuild this team almost completely from scratch
Now lets just hope that the man game will continue for 6 more years so that all my talents who are now useless will then pwn in the CT/PTB)
