I guess some team names got mixed up in the "Riders in focus" list? Pieren is the only RTG rider for Cofidis, but Van Aarle and De Groot have "Cofidis, Solutions Crédits"...
First race of the year for Ruedi, hoping he can finally, finally show something. He's the team's strongest rider, so there's no-one else he needs to protect or so - and he's far too weak to be considered a favorite. So hopefully some freedom for breakaways?
Great to see lots of RTG riders on top of the favorites list - but I'm definitely not unhappy that these three 82 climbers will be gone from the U25 races next year

And Pieren is just awful once again, not even keeping up with the pack on a pan-flat stage. Fingers crossed it was just a strategy to lose some time for preparing attacks, but I rather think this will indeed be the final year of his career...
