Your team was kind of inspiration for me with the depth scoring from your puncheurs. Will be a good season for us if we get a similar impact from our group, although not sure they are quite as strong
Love Katrasnik, would have tried to outibid you for him but not nearly as good a regional fit for me.
Good luck with the season.

Between me going for the Bosnian and Serbians talents, I love to see that Murn ended up here
Min is the long term rider you overpaid for in free agency, but that's how free agency is. He'll be great value in a couple of seasons. Not a fan of Moulingui, but maybe he has the odd good race.
Take good care of Gasper for me!

I definitely agree that Min will score more points - probably by far - than Garby did. But the price to pay for those points is really high, given that Tao, who has a nice TT in addition, went for 700k. Now it remains to see whether Min can compensate for the points that Moulingui will lose compared to Vanbilsen/Vanspeybrouck, and if Katrasnik can score at least as many points as Selig did last year.
I think your depth on the hills worked out very nicely last year - if you can replicate that, you should have a shot at staying up, but I feel that it could again go down to the wire. Good luck!

I fear staying up could be hard. Min of course a very interesting rider as red also mentioned. I do love the two talents you got for sure. One English time trial talent and a nice allrounder in Murn, surely the sponsors are thrilled with these additions as well

Very nice additions to the team. But as you know PCT is no walk in the park and therefore you'll face another tough battle. I hope you'll not slide down to the CT purgatory. Good luck in the new season!

I really would have liked to sign Moulingui, but he would have only been a lieutenant for me, so it makes sense you were willing to go futher to make him your leader. Not sure how well he can score, but I got my fingers crossed for you! Min should be a very solid signing, I think, a reliable scorer and you're getting him at a great age, too. I agree that you might need some luck to stay in, but you've given yourself a chance while at the same time bringing some nice talents in
Then I was a bit lucky to get Moulingui. I'm a bit in doubt about him but if he can slowly collect points across season then I hope it will be enough with a bit of a luck.

Kyeng Ho Min is very very strong. I think you got a good deal there, even if the wage is high. At 400K or so next season you are in a solid spot!

I'm not sure which cyclist you got in a new season but I can see that it really looks simmilar just a bit more stronger special both leaders in mountain and hill terrain.

@redordead You know that usualy if I'm not going to Slovenia cyclists who are already on top then defenetly on young talents
Basicly I had quite a big luck at the end with Murn.
@Fabianski Basicly I hda my bid allmost from the start at Tao but because the price went so high so fast I couldn't afford it at thet moment that's why I went for Min otherwise I would defenetly stayed with Tao. I think I had to left Tao after 500K.
I really hope MIn will do good. The price will defenetly go much lower next year and I hope somwhere around 400k and with his age that redordead mention he can be quite many season with us if we won't go in CT.
basicly Selig didn't scored a lot it was 97 point and I think Katrašnik can manage this if not better.
The biggest worrie is change Vanbilsen (360 points) for Moulingui.
@Nemolito we are really lucky to get both talents special as they represent both countries and sponsors that are behind our club. I expect a bit more from Ben in a future compare to Murn but both will be very vallued in our team.
@DarkWolf now it's basicly all depends on which races do we get and about planing. If I'll magaed to do as good as last year planing then we defenetly have chance to stay in PCT but we will battle again to the last race like last year.
I mean we defenetly won't put white flag out special compare to last year.
I just hope on a bit of a luck.
@SotD thanks I know and I really hope still haha
Thanks everyone for support

GP Wallonie HC 24.April (HC)
TOP 5
Min | Kyeng Ho | 68 | 79 | 76 | 66 | 75 | 77 | 70 | 63 | 62 | 66 | 69 | 69 | 66 | Calmejane | Lilian | 74 | 71 | 77 | 67 | 73 | 76 | 74 | 60 | 72 | 76 | 78 | 70 | 70 | Bystrom | Sven Erik | 72 | 68 | 79 | 61 | 75 | 72 | 67 | 56 | 68 | 76 | 78 | 73 | 61 | Waeytens | Zico | 70 | 71 | 80 | 65 | 72 | 70 | 68 | 67 | 66 | 73 | 76 | 75 | 65 | Korosec | Rok | 71 | 68 | 75 | 68 | 74 | 71 | 71 | 62 | 75 | 78 | 70 | 69 | 71 | Senyenov | Roman | 70 | 62 | 77 | 63 | 68 | 73 | 65 | 60 | 68 | 73 | 72 | 73 | 63 | Jang | Gyung Gu | 66 | 75 | 75 | 61 | 70 | 68 | 68 | 53 | 65 | 72 | 72 | 55 | 61 | Pibernik | Luka | 72 | 65 | 76 | 60 | 76 | 68 | 68 | 61 | 68 | 74 | 72 | 67 | 62 |
Last year Lilian Calmejane was our strongest but we hope on a better result this year. Our leaders will be again Calmejane, Bystrom and Waeytens. If Korošec is by any chance strong enoug to come to last km with the first group or escapers then he can still provide nice sprint at the end.

TOP 5
Calmejane | Lilian | 74 | 71 | 77 | 67 | 73 | 76 | 74 | 60 | 72 | 76 | 78 | 70 | 70 | Bystrom | Sven Erik | 72 | 68 | 79 | 61 | 75 | 72 | 67 | 56 | 68 | 76 | 78 | 73 | 61 | Gašper | Katrašnik | 81 | 61 | 63 | 69 | 72 | 76 | 69 | 63 | 63 | 72 | 81 | 73 | 69 | Korosec | Rok | 71 | 68 | 75 | 68 | 74 | 71 | 71 | 62 | 75 | 78 | 70 | 69 | 71 | Senyenov | Roman | 70 | 62 | 77 | 63 | 68 | 73 | 65 | 60 | 68 | 73 | 72 | 73 | 63 | Jang | Gyung Gu | 66 | 75 | 75 | 61 | 70 | 68 | 68 | 53 | 65 | 72 | 72 | 55 | 61 | Pibernik | Luka | 72 | 65 | 76 | 60 | 76 | 68 | 68 | 61 | 68 | 74 | 72 | 67 | 62 | Sobrero | Matteo | 69 | 69 | 71 | 73 | 67 | 72 | 72 | 58 | 64 | 69 | 66 | 64 | 71 |
Last years Calmejane finished in top 20 but this year we brought new in our team Katrašnik. He showed us last year with some nice results. We hope on a good result but it won't be a surprice if we don't catch tour goal.

Last year Zico Waeytens finished on 3rd place which was bit of a surprice but with the strong suppoirt of the team all three leaders can agaian provide nice result.
This year race will be much harder as this race is one of main targets for many strong hilly teams in PCT.
PCT Team Standings TOP 20
We lost some good cyclist special for cobbled races and we couldn't find a pure sprinter. We wtill have our three hilly leaders wrom which we expect a lot. We got Min Kyeng Ho who will be our leader in mountain races, Clenne Morvan Moulingui will be our leader in cobbled races whi is much weaker compare to last year leader.
In sprints we lost Selig wo was with us a few seasons instead we got Gašper Katrašnik who is not pure sprinter but he has a good experiances from nice results in sprints. TOP 20 will be this year even harder goal for use but we hope on a bit of a luck to reach this and other goals.

The hilly goal races are definitely no surprise given your puncheur armada. I think Wallonie and GP Cycliste could absolutely happen, but given that you don't have a top-level puncheur, they can also go the other way round. Win goals are always tough and need some luck - with Benoot probably trying to defend his title and Areruya stronger than ever, plus obviously many other top puncheurs present, I guess it would even take a lot of luck.
In Lisbon, you really need Katrasnik to launch a successful late attack, with no fast sprinter present. Given the pretty hilly nature of the profile, this could obviously happen - but with a plethora of great PCT sprinters present it will be tough as well.
The Top 20 PCT goal is very conservative - but to be honest, I'm not sure if you can achieve it. Of course, Min is a great rider - but he might lack some acceleration and pure climbing prowess to consistently fight for the high scoring positions. Eritrea and Morocco might suit him best, with both not having a TT, maybe also Tour of Japan with just a prologue and MTT. At PTHC level, maybe he can do something in East Java or Dauphiné, but I don't see him up there in races like Romandie (TTT) or California (ITT).
The puncheurs will definitely be the key part of your team once more, and even though none of them is top of the division, they should bring in quite some points.
And otherwise, I guess Moulingui and Kolev have to deliver big time, otherwise you might be in trouble. Because you're unlikely to get many GC points from sprint- or TT-heavy stage races (Pais Vasco, South Africa, Lithuania, Norway, Arab, Britain to name those not already mentioned before).
Fingers crossed you prove me (and the stats) wrong, though

The goals all seem achievable which is a good start and means the goal selection was solid. But they are also far from certain.
You will probably need some luck as I could see you going 0/5 or 5/5.

Spoiler Sorry for no reply but I just saw that my post wasn't posted on 14th of Septemer immidiatly after Redordead's posat
All the goals I agree with boath can be impossible to getor hard and achivable on te other side.
I think that without luck will be very hard.
From four races Wallonie should be the closes one and probably the ''easyest '' to get and then the Canadian Grand Prix Cycliste.
Lisbon if Katrašnik won't do a late attack then I have no chance to be in top 20 even and Emilia as a win is allways a gamble.
I didn't have any other choice then top20 to say as higher I'm not sure if we can go do to lack of proper sprinter or cobbled leader like Vanbilsen.
I know I made a mistake with vanbilsen ut I can't do anything rigt now.
For Min I tried to avoid as much as I could ITT and TTT races but in general you allways get at least a few of those stage races.
Kolev s not a leader which mean Moulingui will need to deliver big with Katrašnik or at least really constant nice points.
I know it will be allmost impossible but I hope on the best and stay in PCT.
If this won't be the best then I'll defenetly need to be back IN PCT really soon if CT won't have to strong cyclists.

Ewww, punchers! Hills, yuck!
