now both Belgian Pro Tour teams have lost probably their best transfer. Wrong.
Silence's best transfer wasn't Kohl. |

This is GOOD for cycling that they're being caught. It's another tiny step towards clean cycling.
And why go on about Vande Velde when Sastre Menchov and Evan finished ahead of him and have guilty written all over them? |

It is in no way a good things. This year's Tour was showcased as a new beginning by the organizers and now it turns out the whole bunch is doped up.
It's sad, it's embarrasing and it's in no way good.

Man, I was always trying to think positive, also during the tdf I looked at Kohl and said: 'wow that kids doing great' without looking at dope, but now I guess I should just stop being naive and accept that all of these riders who somehow out of nowhere do an amazing job are in 90% of the cases doped...
I personally believe that in about a few months the Tour GC will look like this
1. Evans
2. Menchov
3. VandeVelde (if he's caught then its really fucked up)
4. Sanchez Gonzalez
5. Valverde (just because he looked vulnerable during the tour, otherwise I'd go to either Andy Schleck or Kreuziger)
I want to continue thinkin positive but right now thats become impossible...
Dwight K. Schrute: 'I'm not a hero. Im just a mere defender of the office. You know who is a hero? Hiro from Heroes. That's a hero. And Bono'.

After the Festina scandal everyone thought that was it and "cycling is now clean". And it's always like that after every scandal.
Why? because people prefer to ignore the proof that it isn't and pretend like we're in a dreamland instead of facing the facts.
And because of that this dance will continue onwards. Every year it'll be "a new beginning" and a bunch more will be caught. On and on and on and on.... |

Sastre is one of the suspects of being a doper. |

Exactly. It never ends, and that's why I just can't stay positive and go "good thing he got caught" all the time. Enough is enough.

Then think like this: in the next few months, tests for HGH and autologous blood transfusions will be implemented finally after so many years of waiting. If they're reliable....there's not much more the riders can take except EPO. |
