Nice to see our promotion seasons up there around the +1.35 to +1.75 area. Still nowhere near the best teams ever.

Cool stuff. Nothing very interesting about McCormick.

I think the fact that the recent PT seasons have produced a number of low-end results but few high end reflects the division's recent stability, when you have a lot of committed, continuing managers it is (a) hard for anyone to truly rise above and (b) harder for promoted teams to break in (although obviously some have done very well).

Also, the 2013 Gazelle season is even more impressive as I think that was a new team not a relegation whereas at least the next 4 were all relegations. Maybe I wrong about that.

Thanks for the update! Love these stats.

@UU: We were indeed a new team, but all other CT teams were new as well that year. It was a rare chance at a completely level playing field.
If I were to enter the current CT with a new team, I definitely wouldn't be able to come close to the 2013 performance.

But I guess you are right that being freshly relegated from PCT is still a more advantageous position than being a new team in a division full of new teams.
