I have a question is the selector first come first serve or will we decide latter after people have thrown their hat into the ring. Because if it is not first come first serve i would throw my hat into the ring for the Netherlands, spain, or france.

There can be more than one selector per country. If you want to be a selector of a country, just post it here and a selector of that country you will be - along with anyone else who wants to be a selector for it.

Time Trial

While those hoping for road glory will have to suffer over the hills before reaching the Champs Elysses, the time trialers will skip out the hills completely as they take on a 52km course around 3 laps of the Champs Elysses.
