Congratulations, Scorchio!
Not much consistency from the top finishers on stage 1 there, making this a wide open race regarding the GC, with everyone still within 26 seconds, despite the top 10 bonus seconds system Should make for nice swings on the final two stages. |

A solid start followed by a very strong and smart sprint on stage 2 to get into the lead!
Good job by 4.xx Jannik Steimle to prepare for the big stuff next season, and Demare rightfully changed wheels under the flamme rouge to benefit from Grosu's slipstream and nearly take the stage on the line.
Let's see how badly the yellow jersey will affect us, but by now we shouldn't be able to get shuffled far enough down the GC again to leave this race disappointed.

Nothing special, but improvement. Good starting positioning, but Matti couldn't come out like he usually does. In theory tenth in GC with 2 stages to GC is an okay position, let's hope he keeps improving.
Thanks for the reports so far, LLS!

Not bad. Messed up GC, but that’s the new normal I suppose. Nice to see Farantakis steal some seconds to secure a decent bonus while Coquard probably won’t sprint tomorrow.

Repeat of stage 1 there from ISA - Hexacta with Degenkolb not sprinting, and the team playing surprisingly taking no part in either controlling the BotD or setting up the sprint. Still there or there abouts on GC, so hopefully the 2nd even-numbered stage will deliver a nice repeat of stage 2 from our perspective. Come on John-boy!
Stage 3 sprint was really dominated by the PCT teams. Congrats to our South American neighbours on the stage win by Manninen.

5th is great, looks like we were lucky for once
Still asking "what if" - and even more why could Reinhardt not hold Liu's wheel when having clearly superior Acc?
But I definitely won't complain, as it was looking like another zero-pointer until Theo suddenly appeared out of nowhere in the final screenshot - good work!
Congrats to LPH, Manninen's just a machine ^^

Monster lead-out from van der Koij, Grosu disappointing once again.

Nice botd for Quispe who jumps onto 20th in GC. Still a legend. Great sprint then by Manninen, happy with his (very probably) final win of the season/for us.
Second in GC with one stage to go hasn't been ideal in other sprint stage races in any division so far. Suppose this will mean sth from 6-9 in GC tomorrow, unless something 'strange' happens. Together with his stage win that should mean 100+ points for him, ending the season with more than 1000 if i counted correctly. Nice
Thanks for the report again, LLS, and thanks for the congratulations to Fab and Scorchio!

Great turn around for Grosu here, both with the stage win and the GC.
Thanks for the reports!

First of all, congratulations to Huski for the stage win, and Amaysim for the GC!
As expected, Manninen didn't sprint anymore and dropped a few places, but a fifth in GC combined with a stage win is still a very nice end to his season. Enjoyed having him on the team! Legendary Quispe with 23rd in GC and loanee Knotten with 26th in GC and 3rd in U25 are a nice little bonus as well. Good race for us.
Thanks for the reports, Lulu!

Turns out Aberasturi is in this race! Dissapointed in the lack of breakaway efforts from T3A.

Nice to see Grosu take the win. Seemed very much like Qatar for Coquard.
8th GC after 4 flat stages is not good enough, but it was expected. Too bad it works like this, but maybe things will be better with a mountainstage hidden in the end. Who knows.

Vesely awakens on the final stage!
Sixth in the GC is actually wild, leaves me wondering how high he could have been if he had cared about stages two and three. Ah well, can't be mad right now.
Thanks for the reports LLS and congrats tsmoha!

Reinhardt with another Top10 finish, but he simply lacks the skills to finish higher up I guess. Rather low top speed combined with bad RES isn't enough to really shine at this level, but I'll happily take that 13th GC place. More than expected, and our best PTHC stage race finish so far (along with Colombia). Likely not enough to stay afloat, but far better than in the beginning of the year.
Congrats to Enger, and commiserations to all those having actually better (and higher paid) sprinters.
Thanks for the reports to LLS, you're doing a tremendous job in keeping MG going currently!

Sensational win by Enger! Congratulations, tsmoha.
Happy to see us up the road on three of the stages. Unfortunate that Vangstad couldn't do better in the breakaway sprints for KoM points nor bonus seconds, but at least we showed ourselves.
Congratulations to the winners, also nice to see Grosu get a stage on the very last day after a poor race prior to that. |

No show from Degenkolb / ISA - Hexacta on the final stage. Stage 2 victory was welcome, but the no-show on the other 3 stages is a tad frustrating. Coquard and Degenkolb from a stats perspective seem theoretically head and shoulders above most of the opposition here but finish 8th and 9th on GC. Mmm . From a big picture perspective, still managed to keep points rolling in at a steady rate from this 4-day adventure, so ppRD pretty unimpacted.
Congrats to TSM for Enger taking the title at this race; important points I'm sure given the tight battle in the standings table. PCT teams not sitting quite as pretty as after stage 3, but still a solid points haul from the PCT contingent, very much competing with the PT outfits on this occassion.
Thanks to LLS for the reports.
