Has dominated U23 TT races in Lithuania. Was sent to U23 World and Euros last year. Worse than Ampler guys (who are looking nasty), but he's done well in time trials, nothing else.

A couple more suggestions:
Hamza Mansouri A strong all round GC type rider that could develop many ways. Primarily excels on shorter climbs and likes to race against the clock. Has a low potential so can be trained in a few different ways to become a very strong domestique.
Hamza Mansouri | lvl 1 | Pot 2 | DOB 13/04/1999 |
Surname | Name | Flt | Mtn | Hil | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cob | Spr | Acc | Ftr | Dhl | Prl | Training | Mansouri | Hamz | 70 | 68 | 71 | 70 | 74 | 73 | 74 | 62 | 66 | 74 | 73 | 65 | 70 | LVL 1 | Mansouri | Hamz | 70 | 68 | 76 | 70 | 79 | 76 | 76 | 62 | 66 | 78 | 76 | 65 | 70 | hil | Mansouri | Hamz | 75 | 68 | 72 | 77 | 77 | 78 | 79 | 62 | 66 | 74 | 76 | 65 | 77 | tt | Mansouri | Hamz | 70 | 75 | 74 | 75 | 79 | 76 | 79 | 62 | 66 | 74 | 73 | 65 | 75 | SR |
John Salazar A rider who has achieved alright results on all terrains. As a result, he is a bit of a 'blank slate' and can be taken in almost any direction his future team could dream. Has solid energy stats to support whatever path is chosen for him. Coming in as lvl 1 at 24, he will only have 2 training eligible years post-development so won't be able to be trained to be a broken rider.
John Salazar | lvl 1 | Pot 5 | DOB 18/06/1998 |

Gonna add in a South African talent that I might have fully missscouted here!
Rickardo Broxham has a fairly solid palmares list despite it being relatively limited, won the 2018 Junior Tour of Ireland, where he was around 5 seconds slower than Magnus Sheffield on the prologue and the race it self seems to be relatively hilly. Also has had success recently in De Groot Trap which seems to be a one day race that's also relatively hilly. Someone else should probably make the stats but I think he would make a fun addition to the game.
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Ac | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot | X | Broxham | Ricardo | 68 | 66 | 69 | 70 | 67 | 67 | 67 | 60 | 67 | 67 | 67 | 65 | 70 | RSA | AF | 1 | 0 | 11 | 8 | 2000 | 4 | X | Broxham | Ricardo | 75 | 67 | 72 | 77 | 72 | 74 | 72 | 60 | 67 | 67 | 72 | 65 | 77 | RSA | AF | 4 | Max TT | 11 | 8 | 2000 | 4 | X | Broxham | Ricardo | 69 | 73 | 74 | 77 | 72 | 72 | 74 | 60 | 67 | 68 | 68 | 65 | 77 | RSA | AF | 4 | Max SR | 11 | 8 | 2000 | 4 |
Tristan Jussaume, is the current u23 ITT Champ in Canada. Had a 40 second gap to the second place over a 32k TT. Adding to his TT palmares he is also Quebecois TT Champ in 2021, besides that it seems like he is a decent crit rider, with a few top 5s in sprints and more selective races. He has not really done anything notable on the European circuit however. He also has a decent background in track cycling it seems.
X | Jussuame | Tristan | 67 | 63 | 63 | 69 | 67 | 68 | 63 | 62 | 68 | 68 | 69 | 65 | 68 | CAN | NA | 1 | | 20 | 3 | 2001 | 5 | X | Jussuame | Tristan | 74 | 63 | 64 | 70 | 70 | 75 | 74 | 62 | 77 | 75 | 69 | 66 | 75 | CAN | NA | 4 | TR Sprint | 20 | 3 | 2001 | 5 | X | Jussuame | Tristan | 74 | 63 | 64 | 78 | 72 | 74 | 70 | 62 | 73 | 71 | 69 | 66 | 77 | CAN | NA | 4 | TR TT | 20 | 3 | 2001 | 5 | X | Jussuame | Tristan | 74 | 64 | 66 | 78 | 72 | 75 | 70 | 62 | 68 | 68 | 74 | 66 | 77 | CAN | NA | 5 | TT | 20 | 3 | 2001 | 5 |
These are the only two suggestions I have cooked up for now.

Some Danish Dynamite, i dont know what they put in the water i Denmark. But the generation coming up now is impressive!
Modifications needed of course, here is at least my suggestions. As we keep adding random riders from random countries and making them decent ++. Real talent from the real world, should at least pack a punch.

Not really good with suggesting stats, but thought I'd throw in a few Americans to consider adding.
Sean Quinn (born 2000) / Stage Racer
Kevin Vermaerke (born 2000) / Climber
Ryan Jastrab (born 2000) / Sprinter?
Tyler Stites (born 1998) / TT & Sprinter

I want to join MG with a central american team and I suggest adding two riders from that region:
- Oscar Quiros JR (https://firstcycling.com/rider.php?r=62446) Belize (TT Specialist and decent sprinter) with a ovl in high 60s but not much potential (DOB: 04.01.1995). He is currently the best cyclist from Belize.
- Sergio Geovany Chumil (https://firstcycling.com/rider.php?r=84156) Guatemala (Climber/Stage racer) with an ovl that is in the top 3 of guatemala and a lot of potential (DOB: 08.10.2000), he is already one of the best cyclists from Guatemalar right now and is currently riding for a team in Spain. He placed 6th in the VoltaPortugal Futuro this season |

Francis Juneau , 2nd in Canada's U23 TT and some decent results in hilly stages.

Core skill of TTing but could have a more all-rounder development

Looks a handy sprinter but mainly after tougher days. there's a nice video on his twitter on winning a sprint in the Baby Giro. I'd say a hilly sprinter type/classics rider or pure sprinter

Tell me if I'm too late with these!
Luke Plapp, serious talent obviously (Stage Racer development)

This year's results:
https://www.procy...plapp/2022
Maybe struggled a bit this year in some TTs but in earlier years seemed to be destined to be a specialist

Some promising results but all still at lower levels: https://www.procy...-plowright

I better suggest some Swiss riders since the core riders on my team are declining or will be next year (Schelling, Reichenbach, Dillier, Grand, Fuchs). Also doesn't help that there's more Swiss teams now than ever
Alexandre Balmer: https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider...almer/2022
I'm hoping he would be a potential replacement for Schelling as a GC rider. Pot 6, Stage Race
Balmer | Alexandre | 69 | 71 | 71 | 67 | 68 | 71 | 68 | 60 | 63 | 69 | 73 | 77 | 65 | SWI | EU | 1 | 0 | 5 | 4 | 2000 | Balmer | Alexandre | 72 | 80 | 76 | 74 | 75 | 76 | 77 | 60 | 63 | 72 | 74 | 78 | 72 | SWI | EU | 4 | 100 | 5 | 4 | 2000 |

Rait Ärm is an Estonian talent and looks like their best hope of producing a new WT level rider, he's no Rein but looks to be a decentish prospect with a cross background, these stats are super makeshifty, but he has a couple of decent results like finishing top 3 at u23 euros in Alkmaar in 2019 behind Dainese and Larsen, so sought out to make him a bit worse than those. Has a few other decent showings in some Euro conti races mainly in sprints, could potentially be turned into a leadout/dom instead of a sprinter.

Felix Engelhardt is currently the highest rated German U23 rider on the general rankings on First Cycling. He is the current European u23 champ taking his win in Portugal on a hilly route and he's done very well on similar routes like second place at this year's GP Kranj, he should not be a world beater but seems like a rider that could be leader material in the future.

https://firstcycling.com/rider.php?r=77102&stats=1&k=1]Mick Van Dijke is a rider that has made some splashes in shorter hilly stage races such as CRO Race and Tomorrow Tour Flanders, on U23 level he was part of an incredible TTT team that rarely lost a time trial and also won the Dutch U23 TT NC last year while finishing just outside the top 10 in the main race as by far the youngest rider in and around that area alongside his twin brother.

Tim Van Dijke Twin brother of Mick hence the same potential, seems to be much stronger on prologues, won the prl in Sibiu this year, part of same TTT core as his brother but he seems to falter on longer distances seems to be a pretty decent sprinter when allowed to with a stage win in CRO race and a second place in Ster van Zwolle last year behind Reimers. A different with worse sprint could also be considered if we want a lower pot addition.

Kim Heiduk is a German youngster riding for Ineos, looks like a semi capable sprinter but nothing too special, according to press when he signed for Ineos they were still not really sure what type of rider he is going to be. Most of results looks like he's a hilly sprinter so that's where I have placed him.

Mikhels is the way stronger prospect now that I have looked into things a bit more but I should have phrased as a rider to be added to MG this year instead, Mikhels is from 2003 but looks like a fine prospect!

With another San Marino team entering the game I think now is a good time to suggest a couple of extra additions for our small micronation. Unfortunately just finding names who participated in a junior race is difficult for a nation this small so unless we can make some complete fantasy additions, or use names of riders who are too old to have ever been in teh Mangame as new young cyclists with fantasy stats we are always going to have a miniscule rider pool to work with.
But I have found 2 riders who are real and I'd like added to the DB.
First one is Michael Antonelli 30/11/1999
Michael is the most talented rider to ever come out of San Marino, having actually won a mountain race as a junior, and as such I believe he should have the best stats of any rider to ever come out of San Marino. I have tried to make him a better version of Paolo Scarponi's peak, adjusted to what would be needed to lead a PCT team.

The other rider is Diego Rossi 16/08/2000
Diego is a young rider who's only finished race I can find is the Games of the Small States of Europe 2017, seeing as I have no idea what the course was like I'll just suggest stats that would have him replace Marco Zafferani as a Sammarinese flat/cobble domestique/ minor TTT piece.

Both riders have the same Pot value as the riders they are earmarked as potential upgrades of.

Rides for Riwal in the Continental Tour. Top 10's in Circuit des Ardennes, Volta Limburg Classic, Gylne Gutuer, Lillehammer GP and Arctic Race of Norway in the past couple of seasons - even though he rode as domestique for his older brother Lukas in some of them. Seems like a good puncheur that can also do longer climbs well. Looks like he's also done some CX, so I imagine he's good downhill!
