The only thing raising this Madrazo performance to mediocre is the fact that Dombrowski had a bad day.

Los pollos keep disappointing. Luckily enough the reporters never disappoint, great storytelling once again congratulations to Moser on an amazing win. Hoping Spilak has a better daily form in the coming mountain stages.

Wow Pluchkin worst performance since he was last in the PT full time? Love to see Merhawi winning and very glad that we're not here
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Uran animating the race and exceeding expectations with a ninth place, let's keep this up!

Really disappointing from Dombrowski. Hopefully he pulls a Tirreno to turn things around.

Agressive racing by Oomen and a good result, I'm happy! Thanks for the very entertaining report!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

What a great stage from Tatarinov. I really hope he continues to chase the polka dots but being 14th in GC will make getting in the break tougher.
Arndt just outside the top 20, hope he can make it inside by the end of the race.
Helme in a group of young riders on 4'59, he might manage some rare U25 points for Kraftwerk!
Great report cunego, really brought the race alive.
Congrats to Roman.

Good ride from the team today to get two guys into the break.
Sucks that Mager had a real off-day compared to what he's shown to be capable of, and that neither of the two cared to go for the first KoM.
Schinnagel showed his first glimpses of real attacking talent though! Maybe he can add some points to the 8 collected today.
Vasyliv usually would be heralded for finishing alongside Pluchkin, but today certainly was a weird day in that regard.
Still, if he can continue to finish in the 20-25 range, a decent GC result can be achieved.
And our young guns swarm the U25 classification!
Obviously, Schinnagel might struggle to stay second there, but both Zimmermann and Madouas haven't lost too much time today.
Kudus has become very scary indeed, I'm glad to have avoided him so far, but our luck certainly will run out.

Oh, what a start of Kudus' career in my team! Much better result than my hopes were for, really nice to see him being around PHL and actually beating him. If he actually has a chance to fight with likes of him, that would be such a great boost to my hopes for this season after a really bad start of the year. Looking forward to find out how he does with that leader's jersey in the remaining of this race. 2nd place overall should be expected after such a great in this stage.
Thanks everyone for these nice posts and also thanks for a really nice report, cunego.

Uran losing time but still close enough in the battle. Poljanski with a heroic effort rewarded with seventh place! This race could have gone a lot worse so far.

Oomen doing great so far, but with so many good riders behind them, one bad day and we'll lose the top 10 goal.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Finally! I must admit I was pissed yesterday, so decided not to comment. First Lecuisinier fucked up his attack to slip the win, and the Coquard did the same in Praha.
This win was massive, and shows that Lecuisinier IS the best climber here - just as he should be. The combination of the stagewin, leaders jersey, points jersey and KOM jersey was exactly what I wanted in this race - And now we have to consolidate aswell as take anohter stagewin. We need to stay in as much control as humanly possible.
I’m dumb and actually missed the pic of Lecuisinier crossing the line, really sorry about that! You’ll get a podium pic instead.
Doesn't matter mate - you did a very nice effort keeping track of this rather chaotic (but realistic) final climb where everything was open.
Strong effort from Remy Rochas here, but Jang and Spanopoulos probably isn't quite strong enough to do the needed here. Good thing we have stronger support in the Tour de France.

Congrats SotD, this is way more what I have expected before the race, PHL is clearly the man to beat here. I am glad Kudus has that 2nd place safe.

Thanks mate. Also congrats on the stagewin yesterday. I wasn't happy enough on your behalf to accept not winning the stage yesterday

Actually not too bad of a race for us so far. SHirota being active is great, although too bad he couldn't grab more KOM points. Shikai really made up for a poor Stage 2, and if he can hold on to a Top 10 I'd be thrilled.

Madrazo seemed to have a good day. If he keeps up this form a podium is definitely possible. Hope this doesn't jinx it.
