How ridiculous is that
Anyone still thinking sprint AI is not worse than last year?
I don't feel *that* bad of winning this one, given that I'm also overpaying one of those (sub-)top sprinters. But it still just doesn't feel right tbh. Just feeling sorry for the top sprinters who just didn't care. At least Manninen is "back to useful" it seems.
Really not the greatest perspective if we have to live with such ridiculous sprints all season long; could we just roll a dice instead? Thanks to UU for the report, must be pretty *funny* to do those...
Not really expecting to get much more from Habtom, as he'll probably suffer the "yellow jersey's fate", and I can't imagine him competing again. If Reinhardt gets one or two nice stage results, we might at least get two decent GC positions. But yeah, feels strange :S
It's a bingo for all of us at this point, just feel good about the win and the nice points. Habtom going for double today haha

Funny (or not) to see my team doing exactly what they refused to do in Barbados with a very similar field. All of a sudden I have two attackers on one stage (with legendary Quispe taking the KoM-lead) and Manninen joins a sprint without dropping back to 35th
Last year I got three top-15's here due to attacking every day with my rouleurs. Only have one real rouleur here with Quispe, but if he attacks again he might win the KoM which should be nice. Ruiz might attack as well then and score U25 points.
Most important however is to see Manninen sprint and succeed. I'll take third. Probably won't sprint for 1/2 stages now, but oh well
Congratulations to Fabianski with some great planning for Habtom? And thank you very much for the report, Ulrich!

Oooof 11th, worst of all positions. Congrats Fabianski, that win was overdue!

It's a pitty that Selig couldn't hold up and get a bit better result after my team did a nice ledout before the finish. but on the other side, I must be happy as few main sprinters finished much behind him.

At least it's better than Barbados but not the way I expected. Nice to see Hodeg take charge when Vesely once again forgets he has to position himself.

Surprising second place from Vanderbiest, didn't expected that
Looking forward to the rest of the stages!

Poor opening stage, Aberasturi finishing ahead of Ewan. But we have 4 more to turn it around and get some good dice rolls.
Habtom? Did not see him coming to the top, but hard to not like seeing Jura getting something

Thanks, solid sprint result for Bouhanni amidst some top competition. Thanks for the report.

Another weird sprint stage 1 with lead-out men trying their luck.
Lucky that Willwohl was playing that role today and hung on for 6th, should give him a minor GC place unless he gets caught up in a split like Barbados.
Congrats to Fabianski and thanks for the report Ulrich.
Hope we form a train on stage 2, at least it looks like a sprint!

Much better stage that from Jakobsen to take 5th and move up the GC as well as into the lead in the U25 classification. Hopefully we can see more like this from him.
A somewhat better stage AI wise, except for Howard & Ewan once again
Thank you for the report!!

Still 3 stages to turn it around. Not a clue where Aberasturi was, or the rest of the team, for the lead out which was so obviously doomed.

Howard’s going to have to pay us to ride next season if this keeps happening.

Saber 0/2 now.
I think we have to admit this won't be a good outing for us and just move on to better races hopefully.

Even worse than what I thought. Habtom not doing anything was fully expected, given recent PCM experiences. But Reinhardt not caring either - not even at all - is definitely worrying. Well, PpRD is still good, so won't complain too much. Especially given that others are way worse off here... But sprints unfortunately continue to not be fun at all in general.

Stage 2 three star favourites 12th, 17th, 18th. The AI cannot deliver its own rating.
Zabel again in the lead with 500m to go, improved his hanging on finish 3rd. Very happy with a podium.

So Bonifazio unlocked his full potential this year. Still wondering if I'm lucky with the lottery or that PCM20 is recognising the importance of FL and RES for sprinters.

Nice to see Manninen get a decent result and the GC lead. If he loses enough places he can hopefully sprint again on the last stage and finish high in the GC. He is definitely allowed to surprise me and just keep on sprinting though.
Quispe scoring some more points by holding onto his KoM-lead is also welcome. I wonder whether he'll join another attack and also whether anyone of the team tries to do so tomorrow, having the yellow jersey. So annoying that this pcm version doesn't let us see the KoM's until the stage starts
Thank you for the report and congratulations to Lierse!

I was worried when Silvestre wasn't even in the screenshot with 700m to go, but he came back with his typical style. Good stuff. Hopefully he'll maneuvre himself in a position where he can attack the GC lead on the very last stage, but not before then
