NFL 08/09

Well, I'm afraid that San Francisco are my team along with New Jersey in the NHL. Never been to either place (but would like to) but that doesn't mean I can't support them. Pfft

Also who in their right mind would want to root for an east coast team?

Yes, I know they are different places, I didn't actually know that there was a NFL Europe team in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, I simply assumed there was because of what kida said. Lay off of me, I can ask you questions about U.S. Geography you wouldn't get

- Whats going on in Indy, they just lost to a vulnerable Jax team...is this going to be the end of Indy's reign or will they be able to hold off the strong Titans?
- At last, after seeing some recaps on nfl network, I am pretty much sure that this years SB winner will be from the NFC, and also I think there is a huge shot it'll be the Cowboys this year unless Romo starts having playoff jitters again (remember the Seattle game 2 years ago?)

Manning had some issues with health. He couldnt eat and lost 15 pounds in a bad way. Jax is a very good team who was just unlucky in the first two weeks. And the Colts with no Sanders is bad but when he comes back they will be fine.

By the end of the year I think Dallas will not win it. I would put Eagles, Steelers, Colts, Giants, Panthers,Broncos, and maybe even the Chargers win LT gets healthy. When Cassel gets into the system they will be fine and may have a chance. They have a great D still and only lost one player. In the next couple of weeks watch the Jets and if they do well then they have a chance. The cowboys have to many individuals to win as a team. Regular Season you can win if one person plays well. Play-offs you need the whole team to work together.

oh and Ed Davis is the worst Owner EVER.

hehe yea, I mean just when Burleson actually started to catch some balls he injured himself aswell...then even Wallace:lol: Now his main targets are McMullen en some guy named Bumpus (they also added Koren Robinson but afaik he didnt play yesterday)

Well the Rams and the Lions just have really sucky D's, I think its a close call but after seeing the Rams play against the 'Hawks I might have to agree with u for now but lets see who'll turn out to be suckiest at the end of the roadPfft

This is possibly the only comment I will make on this thread ever:

For those not yet convinced Adrian Peterson is god, watch the Vikings-Colts game.

Usually they pass quite a bit, to keep the defense on their toes and open up the run. Not that time. just run after run after run after run. And every single one was a yard gain. unbelievable.

he is indeed a great player, but the main reason they ran it all the time was because their QB cant get the ball down the field at all

According to nfl.com Millen is out of Detroit, also Cleveland's still sticking with Anderson while St Louis apparently benches Bulger in favour of Trent Green

wow, again its proven that in the nfl nothing is certain, the Rams are currently humiliating the Cowboys, ok they miss ROmo but jeez look at the weapons that their backup QB Johnson hasShock

I wouldn't be so sure of that. The Cowboys are crap without Romo.

CrueTrue
I know. It was a joke, and I don't expect anything. They've sucked for so many years, and this year is not any different.

So much for NFL's unpredictability...
