I have no stake in this and maybe it's too late in the voting process anyway, but couldn't it be useful to have a test run and see just how much of a carnage Sofia will actually be? You could use a startlist with minor riders to avoid spoilers for the real race and/or just report the first three climbs or so. That is, unless everyone voting for Sofia actually does want the most extreme scenario anyway I understand this is probably not the way it's normally done, but in this unusual example, maybe it helps to come to an informed decision.
I have tested it. It isn't game-breaking. The AI acts as you'd expect it to on such an extreme race. Don't think I should reveal too much more. I don't really have any riders for it, so it shouldn't be a problem. Also I had to, before I could use it here.

So that means an uphill sprint battle of Bewley vs Pluchkin?

Voted Sofia. If we go for mountain/cobble we should go all the way. With the other profiles you'd basically just get a normal mountain race in which a few of the elite climbers (Pluchkin, Spilak, Herklotz, Lecuisinier, Gesink, Guldhammer) get a big advantage on the rest.
In Sofia I'm not sure what's going to happen. We might get a battle between the above mentioned elite climbers with decent COB, the all-rounders (Polanc, Benoot, Grashev, Kruijswijk) and the elite cobblers with decent MO (Bewley, Summerhill, Wisniowski, Vanspeybrouck, Theuns). That's pretty exciting.

Gotta be honest: i dont like any of the options. I always hated the extreme mountain races like Liechtenstein and Sofia comes close to that although the cobbles at least add a curiosity factor to it.
The Gotthardpass route has too many mountain passes too imo but the use of cobbles there is very interesting. Portugal and France are quite boring routes imo.
I think of the presented options i would like a reverse Turkey route the most. Tough enough to count as mountainous and can go a lot of different ways including a reduced group sprint or attackers. Cobbles probably wouldnt have much of an impact though.
No idea what im supposed to vote - might just not cast a vote to give those that care more about a gimmick race like the wc more deciding power just like i did in part 1 of the voting
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

That would just lead to horrible AI and an unorganized sprint of like 80 people as there is too few obstacles to attack on in the final 30 kms or so, and on the opening climbs there wouldn't be too much of a selection as they are too far away.

Went with the Swiss, because it looked "the most reasonable?" I'm not even sure who is favored in this kind of race... Pluchkin would seem to be the answer as I think the MO would be more important, and he has the best Cobbles skill of the top climbers.
The routes would affect this also, as Gotthard would be certainly for the climbers since they would simply drop the cobbles riders before the last climb. Sofia is a bag of WTF.

Meh. Dunno if we can overcome 1mo and 3cob on this route to Pluchkin, assuming he'll win the B race. And who knows if that's even the biggest favorite.
