Cool idea of doing that.. When I saw topic's title I thought: "oh my god, I won't say i took 2:13h to climb up Alpe d'Huez"
I'll post my in game result in a few minutes/hours, but i can say it won't be great, cause I such a bad player on mountain TT's... |

Yes it does. Your rider gets bonuses or penalties in all stats depending on difficulty level.

Easy: You get +1
Normal: Same stats as AI
Hard: You get -1
Extreme: You get -1
AI get +1

not really, it's done with coƫfficients, hard to explain, but it's in the local cdb in sta_race_difficulty
easy is 0.934634634634 or sth
normal is 1
hard is 1.035234523523
and extreme 1.09235325325 something
