I mean I don't think signing the agreement is going to do any good.
everyone will sign wether they're doped or not. they still have to be caught, after all.

Rabobank has now announced that they have made a complaint to UCI. They won't sign it.

Oh god. We could have just signed it, but no, now we have to get all rambo about it. They even said that they were one of the teams fighting this. Im sure its just one of the team leaders (menchov) who has said he wont sign it. so rather than loose menchov for the tour they want the whole team to complain with the knowledge that others like Astana wont either. do you have a source for this?

Don't need a source i know that astana will not sign and other teams that will not sign is just the proof neded that something is wrong there

Well I read on cyclingnews that Astana's team for the tour will sign it. Neither Kessler nor Mazzoleni are in the team.
