he's 79 cl and 78 hill, only 78 hill because otherwise he becomes a hilly specialist.
This is also hard in db building, sometimes you have to make a person less good in a certain stat, or better, otherwise he has the wrong fixation in his season plan.
For example, GT-riders must have above 70 TT, otherwise they will only go for mountain jersey...So you have to give Simoni and friends 70 TT |

That's actually what I have for Dekker in those two stats

My personal db has Dekker with 78 climbing and 80 hills, so I guess that means he will be more of a hilly specialist?
