I have read that post many times. Did you come across any problems regarding laying road over waypoint 1 at any time? I have a problem as i can't join my circuit up over that single waypoint.
Yes, I always have that problem, then there's missing a part of the way. That problem is also always solved when you've made your roads, then the missing part of the way is well a normal part of the way, and then there aren't any problems longer. |

I don't understand what you've just said...
Plus i make my road, and it won't render - it'll crash.

oke, your crash is, I think, your own fold
What I've said here before:
- I also have your fold when I've only made my way. By me there is a part of the road missing, between 2 waypoints.
- When I make my road, and I render, then the problem is solved. Then I don't have the problem that a part of the road is missing
Do you understand it? |

Nope, not my problem. My problem occurs whenever i lay road over one specific waypoint. If i avoid that waypoint, or don't put road over it then the stage renders fine, but obviously without that point in it. One day i'll work out what the problem is...

Snelle: Could I use those stages and hire you as my stage maker for my DB? |

You won't see sprints by every stage, but that's because I put them in later, because they aren't known at the moment. |

It's worth mentioning that SnelleJus' stages are the ones which will be used in the PCM.daily 2009 DB. He's a part of the DB crew |

Tirreno-Adriatico 2009
This is the Tirreno-Adriatico from 2009. I was a bit bored in my holidays, and I was thinking: Let's make this course. The problem was that I doesn't have liking to make them all perfect, and I decided to don't make a new parcours and to don't make new roads. I've made new profiles, no automatic shit, but nice old-fashioned hand-made, and then I've made the stages working perfect ingame. In the end I've made the stages more beautiful, and nicer to play, to make the player really enjoy this.
The Tirreno-Adriatico from 2009 is a nice course. The course is 7 stages long. There are 2 uphillfinishes, and there is one time-trail. Real mountain-stages are not in this course, but the most of the stages is hilly. The most beautiful stage is personally the 4rd stage, where the Monte Lupone again has to be climbed. I think in that stage, and in the 5th stage, that the course will be made. I think you'll enjoy playing this stages, and I wish you all a lot of fun with them.

if you mean tools like my little GPS thing, i must say you are numb - or - otherwise you didnt understand whats the idea behind, but okay i was allways 2-3 years in front of the community with my ideas (im not a lemming like 95% of the user - i like to implement new ideas - not copy things and add an extra worthless option). For example i have a tool that creates now also the roads(all roads not only the stage route) and mountains exactly from a gps map.
Im happy that users creates handmade stages like you - but talking about automatic shit based on no experience is lame.

For races like Tirreno-Adriatico that have the same number of stages as last year, can I just substitute the files for the stages in? |

No, you will still have to make changes in STA_race and STA_stage. |

What if I just change the names of the 09 stages? |

As said, you will still have to make the changes - e.g. the stage profile (flat, hilly or mountain), the time gaps, the hill/mountain setting, etc. |
