Just reached the same conclusion. Fixed that and it worked.

PCM17 Daily DB, included national champions default jerseys for the 3 missing countries. National Champions jerseys make a good stand in for national teams.

If you don't have '17 and you want those I can send them to you as I think '17 and '18 jersey's are compatible. Adding them is easy.
