yes. here's what I did:

1. installed kicker lite to C:\PCM Kicker
2. installed kicker NG to same place
3. opened kicker
4. create workspace
5. open .cdb database that is in Kicker main directory
6. created access DB
7. transfered all tables do access DB
8. closed kicker
9. edited DB.
10. reopened kicker
11. loaded workspace
12. export tab -> update all tables to CDB
13. runtime error 91

Mmm, another thought - I never close the Kicker App ... Maybe try that ?

As for some other problems, downloading CrueTrues kicker directory from the other Kicker NG thread might help. Just copy it into your own directory. Also you should copy the files contained in his PCM 07/Database/Gold folder into the directory of your own Database

In some cases the downloading and unzipping the Kicker results in not having all the required directories, but downloading CrueTrues file will solve this
