actually i managed to access local.cdb with Hannes, i just couldnt access local.cdb~ which seems to reset local.cdb in the user/documents/pcm08 folder every time i start the game...
edit: just took your advice and tried it with Advanced editor V4 to try and edit local.cdb~
managed to do that, it didnt change anything however and local.cdb is reset after a game start again :S
really dont know what else i could do 8[

Well, you could make a screenshot of the e-mail you received when you bought the game -- the one with the serial key in it. Just make sure to put a black box on the serial key and download links |

It's possible to edit Local.cdb with Hannes but it's not fully compatible with PCM08.
You don't need to edit Local.cdb~ because it's just a backup file.
I know how to change language and it's has nothing to do with local.cdb in this version of PCM.

The solution that you're refering to, Adams, is the one which is on this site somewhere. I just need some confirmation that he actually bought the game. Otherwise, I will feel guilty for helping out. |
