I took a look on their site and upped some stats yes, also because I find it weird that many rider have flat ratings lower than 63, I also upped this for other teams
and well...I dunno why I havent got an avatar

He'll be gone after this season (maybe even earlier because I need to be under the salarycap before the 24th of July...this is when the transferseason starts right or is it different this time?)
btw sorry for some of the darker pics, I try to avoid taking these 'dark' screenshots but sometimes I still have em, more ppl seem to have this problemits basically that only the part where the sun shines on is light while the rest is dark:wink:
Stage 4/5:
Boring stage, no breaks at all and in the sprint it seems that the sprinter teams are still sleeping, the Garmins try to pull of a stunt by sending Duyn up front with Maaskant in his wheel and to everyone;s surprise it also works out for them! This time Bonsergent ends 4th.
Maaskant just wins it in front of Valverde and Bonnet

Stage 5/5:
There was a one man break today but again the pack made sure that this would end in a bunchsprint. Again it was total chaos, out of nowhere it was Jartazi's sprinter Vanlandschoot who took the lead way too early, he hesisated but then decided to go all out since he was up front already
Will Vanlandschoot surprise the sprinter trains today?
The answer is no, Eeckhout, Bonnet and Bonsergent caught him and then Bonsergent tried everything to get up front. He was able to beat Bonnet but he just couldnt get past Eeckhout!
Eeckhout wins for the 2nd time, today Bonsergent ends 2nd.

KOM:
Jean-Luc Delpech Bretagne - Armor Lux
POINTS:
Nico Eeckhout Topsport Vlaanderen
So a succesful tour for us, it only earns us 33 points but still management is happy with Bonsergents overall placing in the GC (9th place) and also they like the fact that Delpech attacked so much in his KOM jersey and eventually also defended it succesfully

Stage 1/5:
Squad: Le Lay (L), Bonsergent (SP), Gautier (FR), Poilvet (FR), Zielinski (FR), Duret, Taillefer, Delpech
A tricky stage today, mainly because of the wind and because of this wind all hell breaks loose on the final climb. Add some crashes in the descent and the end result is this
Group of 21 left over with 3 Bretagne boys
The 3 are Taillefer, Poilvet and Bonsergent. However because of the wind the groups gets smaller and smaller. With 5 kms to go there are 12 riders left with Bonsergent left as the only Bretagne rider. But then with 2 kms to go its Mandri who launches Usov who can therefore launch a powerfull attack. However Hunter reacts and also Valverde tries to get Hunter back with Bonsergent in his wheel!
Mandri launches Usov who attacks but Hunter spotted the danger immediatly
In the final metres Valverde and Bonsergent join them and so these 4 would eventually finish with a 30 second advantage over the rest. Bonsergent and Valverde were too tired and so its a battle between Hunter and Usov
Robbie Hunter beats Usov!

Stage 2/5:
Today we had to start getting some KOM points again, Taillefer was the man for the job as he got into a break together with 3 others
Taillefer up front with Rasch, (CA) Taaramae (COF) and Duggan (TSL)
AFter a while they got rid of Duggan however Taaramae also wanted the mountain jersey, and so Taillefer fought hard against the talented Estonian all day long and just missed out on the jersey by 2 points! After that they got caught and in the sprint Bonsergent and lots of others were badly placed causing the weaker ones to be up front. Elmiger took advantage and did what Usov didnt do yesterday...win
Elmiger wins in front of Danilo Hondo!

Stage 3/5:
The toughest stage, with the final 5 kms uphill. The Mont Faron will definately change the look of the GC today. However first we have a break of 3, initally Taillefer was part of the break but after grabbing the points on the first climb he was dead tired and couldnt follow McCarthy, Rinero and Dumoulin anymore
2 Frenchies and a 'Yank' up front
They still have 30 seconds left when they enter the Mont Faron. There its Rinero who decides to go on his own
Rinero up front but the pack is coming!
They eventually get Rinero and then its time for the favourites to show themselves, when about 50% of the pack has attacked it are these 5 who will fight it out for the win today
Vaugrenard, Simoni, Valverde, Elmiger and Florencio with 1 km to go
In the sprint Valverde seems to win easily but where Elmiger and Florencio dont come closer its Vaugrenard who seems to be pretty fast!
Who will win?
In the end its Valverde who is the logical winner beating Vaugrenard. Bonsergent just hangs onto pack and so he only makes a small dive in the GC, he is now 8th.
Valverde wins again in France!

Meanwhile Bretagne is awarded with a wildcard for Paris Nice!
Stage 4/5:
Everyone was still recuperating from yesterdays stage and so we got a masssprint, FDJeux controlled everything to make sure that Chavanel would win today
Cherel leads out Chavanel, Bonsergent is also up front!
However Chavanel isnt strong enough, for a moment Bonsergent finds himself up front but then Halgand and Gasparotto pass him from the right side!
Bonsergent fades away as Gasparroto and Halgand speed up
With all the other sprinters not around, Gasparroto eventually takes an easy win
Gasparotto wins in front of Halgand and Bonsergent
Result:
01. Enrico Gasparotto Barloworld 3h14'09

Stage 5/5:
The final stage, Dessel was the lone attacker of the day and once he was caught we prepared ourselves for the sprint. Bonsergent was way back when the sprint started and so he had to come from far. Up front Elmiger and Chavanel saw that there was a gap and so they went all out
Elmiger and Chavanel up front!
Normally Chavanel would win, but Elmiger is in top shape and so he takes his 2nd win here
Win for Elmiger but he doesnt win the tour!

Squad: Gautier (L), Zielinski (SP), Delpech (FR), Lelarge (FR), Rault, Plouhinec
Today's race was a tough one, there was a hard headwind troughout the stage which worned down lots of sprinters, causing the last kms to be chaotic. A lots of riders crashed and one of them was our own Samuel Plouhinec. In his first race Samuel fell hard onto his knee and a broken kneecap will keep him out of competition till May. Up front Zielinski was already quite tired but still he tried everything to get up front
The Toyota train's leaving the station and Zielinski is not on it!
In fact no one managed to board the Toyota train, and so it was almost as if it was a practice ride for the Toyota boys. As probably discussed before hand Dominguez had to lead out, then Vogels came and in the final metres Rollin had to finish it off and since no one was around it was a 1-2-3 for the Toyota squad
Toyota dominates Le Samyn as Rollin wins thanks to Vogels and Dominguez!

Bretagne doesn't really have any TT'ers, still we are satisfied with Le Lay's 26th spot. Jose Ivan Guttierez took the lead early on and 2 hours later no one had yet managed to beat his time and so the Spaniard wins

We didnt join the break today since there was only 1 KOM point today, and since there was only a 1 man break it didnt matter much. Then we got ready for a bunchsprint!
Place your bets! (im putting 10 euros on the motorbike!)
The Bretagne rider clearly come up short here...up front the real battle is on
Zabel up front but there comes PT leader Freire!
And in the end Freire just takes it, Zabel ends 2nd while Eisel ends 3rd. Best Bretagne rider today is Bonsergent who ends 22nd in this strong field
Zabel ends 2nd again as Freire wins!

Stage 3/8:
A flat stage but the final 30kms are quite tough which will make this stage an interesting one for riders like Freire, Pozzato and Bettini. As said early on Bretagne is going for the KOM jersey as we want to show ourselves out there, for this mission we have 2 men, Le Lay and Poilvet. Le Lay will go in the early break while Poilvet will have to grab the points when he's caught or when he doesnt manage to get away Poilvet has to attack. Today Le Lay has no problem getting up front
Le Lay in a group of 5
We then reach the first climb where Le Lay wins but on the 2nd climb he doesnt!
Left: Checkpoint 1, Le Lay wins easily, Right: Checkpoint 2, Aramendia beats Le Lay!
The pack is getting closer then and on the 3rd climb Le Lay has to fight for the points
Le Lay ends 2nd as Guesdon just beats him
After the final climb the pack is split up but then its Bertogliati who falls and after that lots of others fall aswell,
Bonsergent is in pain but was able to finish the stage
Freire was also slowed down because of the falls and so Pozzato starts to sprint early on since lots of the sprinters are in the back
There goes Pozzato!
Hushovd and Bettini dont even come close and so Pipo wins!
Pozzato wins the 3rd stage!

Stage 4/8:
The first mountain stage in this years Paris Nice, as usual Le Lay gets away in order to get mountain points. On the first climb he has to beat Guesdon for the 4 points and he also beats him on the 2nd climb. Then 2 others join, Bertogliati and Martens
Left: Le Lay beats Guesdon on the 1st climb, Right: The break of 4
On the 3rd climb Le Lay and Guesdon have to let go and so Martens grabs all the points on the 3rd and 4th climb. Yet Le Lay would finish the day with 18 points while Martens ended the day with 14 points. On the final climb its Chavanel who breaks away but on the downhill section 2 others join him
Left: Chavanel on his own, Right: Chavanel has Schumacher and Cunego in his wheel
And Chavanel keeps on going since he can take over the lead if he wins since Cunego and Schumacher are way behind him in the GC. And so Chavanel is the main reason that they make it, in the sprint he doesnt have the energy left and so its between Cunego and Schumacher
Schumacher beats Cunego and so Cunego gets nothing today...

Stage 5/8:
Mountain time, who will be victorious on le Mont Ventoux today? Perhaps Valverde, or what about that strong Frenchie Chavanel? Or, maybe David Le Lay or Maarten Tjalingii will win there today?
Tjallingii and Le Lay on the first climb, Eeckhout and Chainel cant follow
They get a huge hap gap but slowly the gap is going down, on the 3rd climb Le Lay cant handle it anymore and Tjallingii is on his own. In the back Wegmann is on his way but when Tjallingii reaches the foot of the Mont Ventoux the gap between Wegmann and the Dutchie is still 6 minutes.
Tjallingii on his way to a great win?
First Wegmann takes back 1 minute every 2 kms but then also he starts to feel the pain and the gap doesnt decrease that hard then, with the favourites 2 minutes behind Wegmann all Tjallingii has to do is to stay on his bike...
And so he does! Maarten Tjallingii wins on Mont Ventoux!
And he also takes over the Mountain jersey from David
