about that bike with the spinning wheel at the last stage(where they checked for motordoping) wegmann said, that the cranks aren't turning and that the rider(polka dots) did touch the pedals, so it started to turn, but looking at the slowmotion footage, he lifts the bike, the cranks start going faster and faster, whilst the wheel speeds up. Not saying that there was motorsoping, but it looked like it.
